"Sunrise Beach Villa" is a 4 bedroom beach house with pool, located only 300m from the beach access and offering panoramic sea views.This home is a perfect beach side retreat for families, with bedding for up to 12, by arrangement only. This house has everything you need for a great family holiday, including internet and a Wii to keep the kids entertained - adults too, maybe The large kitchen/dining living space opens to an outdoor deck; all overlooking the pool and the ocean beyond.At the rear is a covered BBQ and entertaining area in a delightful garden setting.Only a 5 minute walk to surf beach and 10 minute drive to Hastings Street, Noosa.

Sleeps maximum of 12 - this is by arrangement only, and 4 of the 12 must be children. 1 bed is a day bed for a child in the master bedroom with parents. There is a sofa bed in the downstairs living room, and both this and the bunk beds in bedroom 4 are child length up to 12yrs and not rated for adults. Extra charges of $50 per week are payable for linen for the sofa bed and $25 p/w for the day bed. Porta cot available no linen.
