Lovely four bedroom open plan holiday house, with large undercover outdoor entertaining area - a great area for children to play & enjoy playing the soccer table game. Upstairs comprises the master bedroom with ensuite, and the remaining three bedrooms and office are downstairs, along with a lovely open plan kitchen/dining/living area which is air conditioned for your comfort. There is a small timber deck out the back for you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee on. Situated in a quiet location, in easy walking distance down to the Sunshine Beach village shops, restaurants and patrolled surf beach. There is a child friendly park just across the road, a bus stop at the corner of the street to take you in to Hastings St and the main Noosa beach, and for the dogs there is a dog friendly beach within easy walking distance. There is something for everyone here!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable This property has been fitted out with all items required for a comfortable stay, including a good selection of games and puzzles. The only things we would suggest is to perhaps have a selection of DVD's, as the television signals are not great - limited to 2 channels with one of them constantly pixilating as well as having the option of WiFi availability. Property requires a paint internally and the bathroom downstairs needs revamping. Beds and linen are of good quality and the property position is in walking distance to the beach and nearby local shops. A key box for accessing the key at the property would be a plus instead of driving into Noosa at the agency to collect and drop-off after stay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We Loved It! We stayed a week and really enjoyed the facilities and space in the house. It had all the comforts and conveniences of home. The area was really quiet with beautiful gardens and a park nearby. Within walking distance of shops and beach and short drive to Noosa Junction for shops and Hastings Street.
