Located within a modern complex, in a fantastic position of Park Crescent in Sunshine Beach.

A light bright apartment, perfect for a getaway or extended stay. One of the best streets in Sunshine beach - watch whales breach,or a short walk across the road to the beach.

A secure, keyed lift provides access to the third floor where apartment 10 awaits. The apartment is finished with Italian marble floor tiles, high ceilings, and carpeted bedrooms.

Strategically placed louvres, windows and doors ensure natural air flow with ducted air conditioning to ensures comfort no matter what the weather. Of the three large bedrooms, the master is the biggest and has a walk-in robe and large, open plan ensuite with spa, dual vanities and separate toilet. One of the guest bedrooms has amazing ocean views and the main bathroom, featuring ample storage, a long stone vanity and toilet, has a convenient foldaway laundry.

An open plan kitchen, dining lounge area incorporates a galley-style kitchen with Caesarstone benchtops, two pac cabinets and Miele appliances including an integrated dishwasher and stainless steel handles. Large bi-fold doors open from the living zone on to a covered entertaining balcony with ocean views. Other complex facilities include a pool and barbecue area and is close to the beach access and only a short walk from the village.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful location! Very nice family unit. The photos do not give it justice as it actually has newer furniture and linen. Super clean, well set out and comfortable and a short walk down to Sunshine Beach and the shops. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceeded Expectations, beautiful, family friendly This apartment was immaculately presented and Century 21 were extremely helpful providing detailed, informative emails to cater to our needs (recommending a local business to provide portacot etc). Picking up / dropping off keys outside office hours couldn't have been easier. Fantastic communication, excellent location, great value for money. It couldn't have ran more smoothly, perfect Thanks Sasha!
