The UNESCO listed Noosa Headlands, part of Noosa National Park, is also a short stroll from your front door. Here you can explore the extensive coastal walk system complete with beautiful hidden beaches while spotting koalas, dolphins, turtles and also whales during their migration season.
With extensive new works and renovations just completed Seagrass was designed and constructed by a national award winning Architect for his own family and friends. The architect has successfully retained the character of the original Queensland classic beach house while introducing the latest principles in tropical design.
The emphasis here is on seclusion and privacy with a series of extensive single level interconnecting spaces set in a lush tropical garden setting.
Through the massive timber gates that screens Seagrass from the street we are introduced to a private entertaining courtyard that connects directly to an open plan living and kitchen zone.
Past the adjacent media room we discover a covered connecting link that opens to the pool deck and then to an extensive Balinese inspired pavilion. The pavilion projects into the pool space and includes an extended dining setting suitable for a large number of guests and casual seating including a beautiful antique Balinese Day bed.
From here we find a private yet light filled master suite including a luxury bathroom overlooking one of the several water features.

Lovely Balinese Holiday house
We loved our stay at "Sea Grass", the welcome gifts, the lovely "Balinese features" and gorgeous tropical garden made our holiday. The care and consideration in presentation provided all we wanted, and was greatly appreciated, so much so that we returned in December. Definitely 5 star accommodation, location, relaxation
