A wonderfully decorated interior, with warm wooden floors, large entertaining deck with dining and lounge, relaxing open plan living/dining and lounge, kids seperate TV room and comfortable bedrooms.
The kitchen, lounge and living room have wonderful views through a wall of glass doors, leading onto full width timber decks. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with island benchtop, great for cooking up a storm and enjoying with family or friends. The furniture and decoration is stylish and comfortable.

Second bedroom - 1 x large bunk bed 1 x double bed on the bottom and 1 x single on top There is 1 x single trundle underneath -this can be set up with linen at an extra cost of $15.
Third bedroom - 1 x Queen bed.
This property has air-conditioning, heating and fans throughout the whole house.
There is an outdoor shower for after beach use and washing the sand off.
A childs booster seat, high chair and port-a-cot are supplied at the property if needed.

Sunshine Beach is situated around several hills and valleys and this property has truly beautiful views. This beach house is a 5 minute walk to Northern Sunshine Beach, or simply sit back and take in sensational outlook. It is a 10 minute walk to the Sunshine Beach Village and shops.

Head to the beach and pack a picnic to enjoy on the beach foreshore. The wide, open beach hosts a variety of banks for an endless, uncrowded surfing session and the beach in front of the Surf Club is patrolled year-round. After a cool dip in the ocean, try the Sunshine Beach Surf Club for spectacular ocean views as well as great eating and drinking at the award-winning restaurant.
