Our home has been renovated in late 2015 with a second renovation currently underway in 2017 to all bathrooms, an open breezeway access to the backyard, the laundry as well as decking in the backyard. Photos will be updated in November 2017.
Our five bedroom plus an office home is arranged over two levels offering both tiled and polished concrete floors, an elevated position and lovely sea breezes. This is a very spacious beach house allowing room for everyone to relax and is fitted out with everything to make for a perfect holiday. Our home is walking distances to the patrolled beach, cafes and restaurants, pool to cool off and relax, lawn and fenced yard for children to play.
The house is our family home and it’s our goal to make it feel the same to our guests. We love living in this area and we are happy share our local knowledge with you and answer any questions you may have about the area and our home.

1x daybed could accommodate an 11th person as it also has a king single superior foam mattress on it. please advise if you require linen for this mattress essentially this daybed is the lounge in the playroom/second living.
The living areas: Upstairs has a Smart TV, DVD player, iPod dock and Netflix.
The downstairs or second living room/ large playroom is fitted out with extensive toys, games, children's books and has a flatscreen TV, DVD player, Netflix and a ping pong table. please note the TV downstairs only plays Apple TV, Netflix and DVD's.
The Noosa National Park can be accessed from Sunshine Beach. Sunshine Beach village has a great atmosphere and vibe. An early morning surf, a walk along the beach or into the national park, a coffee and paper from the local village - this is an area which quietly says the most about the natural beauty of our region.
Please note from our home there is an easement two homes along to the right facing the ocean, that cuts through to Henderson St, coming out very close to the roundabout at the top of the sunshine shops. This makes for an even shorter walk to the sunshine beach shops.

A security bond of $1000 is required to be held for the duration of your stay, and released upon inspection of the property.
