Description

This apartment is ideal for holidaymakers who enjoy a fantastic location - with the patrolled surf beach and Surf Club just 100m away and the vibrant Sunshine Beach village just up the road.

A private end of building position enjoys a lovely deck and outdoor dining area that benefit from the beautiful ocean breezes. The combined living areas open to the main deck and the family sized kitchen has stone bench tops and quality appliances including a dishwasher.

The huge master suite has a large walk in wardrobe and an adjoining study, which is perfect as a baby's room but does accommodate a single bed with a pull out trundle bed underneath. The ensuite is sparkling with it's floor to ceiling tiles whilst a large main bathroom with laundry facilities and separate toilet room services the two rear air conditioned bedrooms.

A sunny forecourt with central pool and stainless beach shower the small complex offers automated gated parking and intercom access to the building.

Wake up to the sounds of the waves and start your day with a stroll on the beach and the perfect coffee from one of the fabulous cafes in the village. Features include:-

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property! We stayed at this property with another family and our two children, and found the apartment had ample space to comfortably sleep/house us all. The apartment itself is spacious, superbly well looked after and is literally a few stones away from Sunshine Beach and the set of shops, cafes, restaurants on the main strip. Having direct access to the pool was also a bonus!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Location for what we wanted to do The apartment was a great size for 5 of us - two adults, 2 x 17 year olds and 1 x 13 year old. Having all the amenities (washing machine & dryer / dishwasher) required for everyday living made life easier - so we could enjoy our holiday. Travelling from NZ we had not checked if beach-towels was part of the linen package (and it wasn't) - so you need to fill up your suitcase with extra towels for beach - also only one set of hand towels & bath mats, so we had to wash and dry after we got back each night to have clean towels the next day. No hand towel in kitchen either. We also had to buy extra washing powder both for laundry and dishes / dishwasher - also remember to bring food coverings for your picnics or storage for fridge or pantry. Also only one toilet roll for each toilet was available on arrival - so be prepared to bring all these extras or buy if you are travelling from out of the country. The views were not quite what it shows for this property. There is limited view due to the growth of the trees in front. Also worth noting is that this unit is on the side for morning sun only - so no sun in the arvo which will be perfect for the hot summers but we were there in the winter - which made it a bit cool and dark. The outdoor living is perfectly equipped for the hot summers and there is a BBQ - small but adequate for us. Whilst we were there, contact between the Agency to ourselves was excellent. The apartment was more updated in amenities and furniture than what our friends rented in the same building complex. Overall, we were quite happy with our apartment. Many thanks.
