Modern touches throughout give the apartment a sense of calm and relaxation, with lush planting complimenting the experience. Perfect for couples or a small family looking to be close to all the local facilities, with easy access to pristine beaches and local shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
The two queen bedrooms are individually styled, with the larger of the two bedrooms opening up to a private garden terrace, with a modern saltwater pool setting with lush palms and some natives. There is a full bathroom, inclusive of bath, shower and single basin, and a separate toilet.
The lounge has ample leather seating and a large screen TV, and there is a range of popular DVD's for those days when you just want to sit back and chill.
There is a well equipped kitchenette with all the standard equipment sufficient to make your stay enjoyable, and an exterior barbecue patio and outside dining space has been set up to enjoy the Sunshine Coast's outdoor entertaining advantage.
Everything has been thought of, and the owner's are on hand upstairs to offer help if and when needed.

The owners are very friendly, live upstairs and are available to offer help and guidance for those new to the area. Pool and garden maintenance would be carried out by the owner at times convenient to the guest.
Sunshine beach is less than a 10 minute walk 1klm and is a very popular holiday destination, boasting a pristine patrolled beach overseen by the the local Surf Club with its spectacular ocean views from the outside deck. The Sunshine Beach Village is a locals favourite with great coffee shops, restaurants and bars. A five minute walk in the opposite direction is Noosa Junction with supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques and cinema. A five minute drive or bus ride and you have cosmopolitan Hasting Street and Main Beach and national park. Just around from Hastings Street is the beautiful Noosa River mecca on Gympie Terrace offering river cruises and a variety of water actives as well as cafe's, restaurants and boutiques.
The local bus stop is in very close proximity to the property with regular services to Noosa Heads, Hastings Street as well as the Sunshine Coast, if a trip to Maroochydore, MooloolabaBeach, Australia Zone or the Airport is desired.
As we are in a suburban area with very friendly neighbours we do ask our guests to be mindful of noise in the late evening as many of our neighbours are up early in the morning for work. Whilst there is no smoking in the house we do have a designated outside zone for smokers.
