The private and secure front yard houses the fenced, in-ground, salt chlorinated swimming pool and first outdoor entertaining area complete with BBQ, dining table and retractable shade awning.

Bi-fold doors open from the outdoor area to reveal the open plan, first floor which is home to the fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen and its sleek polished concrete bench tops, 5 burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Perch at the bench on a stool or enjoy a meal at the indoor dining table which comfortably seats 8.

The living area with television and recliner couches flows seamlessly onto the covered back balcony which enjoys the shade of the mature Poinciana Tree, glimpses of Mt Cooroy and stunning sunsets.

Two bedrooms as well as the main bathroom are on the upper split level of the home. An ideal parents’ retreat, the main bedroom has a private balcony overlooking a beautifully manicured garden courtyard, queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and the owner’s Grandmother’s antique dressing table

The second bedroom complete with double bed and ample cupboard space has both louvre windows and a ceiling fan to maximise airflow during the warmer months.

The home’s main bathroom with separate toilet, has double ceramic basins set on a wooden top, a triangular bath with dumper shower head above and double entries via either the hallway or main bedroom.

The ground floor features not only 2 well sized bedrooms, but also a kitchenette complete with a fridge, oven, electric stove and crockery/cutlery, a TV lounge area with DVD player, wet area housing a shower, toilet and washing machine as well as 2 sets of sliding doors that open to a paved outdoor courtyard overlooking the beautifully manicured back garden.

Situated between Noosa and Coolum and backed by the nature reserve of Noosa National Park this part of Noosa combines a cultured ambience with a wonderfully quiet, patrolled surf-beach that is never crowded.

The understated elegance of the shady main street makes it a relaxing place to spend lazy mornings sipping coffee in a café, browsing the quality clothing boutiques in the afternoon and dine on fine cuisine at an award-winning restaurants of an evening.

The Sunshine Beach Surf Club has a brilliant outdoor dining area with one of the best outlooks on the Sunshine Coast — straight onto the sapphire expanse of the Pacific Ocean and the food and cocktail menu at Sum Yung Guys is to die for

Attractions close to Noosa include the Eumundi Market, Noosa Hinterland, the North Shore and Fraser Island, Australia Zoo just to name a few.

We know guests will enjoy ‘Sunshine’s Modern Vintage Vibes’ as much as its owners do, and expect the property to be treated with the same respect you would your own.

To ensure future guests are able to enjoy their stays too we have the following rules:

• To respect neighbours, noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 9pm.

• Strictly no parties, events or additional guests permitted.

• Smoking is not permitted inside under any circumstances. Smoking is permitted outdoors however cigarette butts must be extinguished and disposed of in ashtrays/bins, not in the garden.

• No glasses/bottles are to be taken into the pool area. Plastic glassware is provided

• Please use pool towels for pool and beach use and use bath towels only indoors

• Please dry off completely after swimming before entering the house

• The study between the upstairs bedrooms and the outside storage room are locked and are not available for guest use


Sunshine Coast Airport MCY located in Marcoola is serviced by Jetstar, Virgin Australia and Qantas domestically as well Air New Zealand who provide seasonal flight services from Auckland.

Alternatively, Brisbane Airport is both an international and domestic gateway to Queensland with regular transfers to the Sunshine Coast.

Henry's and ConXion operate door-to-door airport shuttle services from both Brisbane Airport and Sunshine Coast Airport seven days a week. Transport between Brisbane Airport and the Sunshine Coast can also be accessed via the train to Beerwah, Landsborough or Nambour train stations.

A railway line connects the region to Brisbane in the south, and Gympie and beyond, to the north.

Interstate coach operators operate daily bus services to Brisbane where connections are made to the Sunshine Coast.

Buses travel to Noosa Junction from across the Sunshine Coast including Cooroy, Noosaville, Noosa Heads, Peregian Beach, Peregian Springs and Coolum – most stop at Noosa Junction's new transit centre/bus station, in Sunshine Beach Road, the main street of Noosa Junction.
