And we have been advised that there will be a lack of privacy and significant disruptions during working hours during the period above

Some guests have chosen to stay and have the tariff discounted and explore the area during the day.

If you are looking for a quiet stay in bed all day type of break, it would probably not be suitable for you.

The other options is to change your booking to a Friday Saturday Sunday where there will be no works.

If you are interested in a discounted tariff or the weekend please let me know.

Otherwise I look forward to welcoming you another time.

STAY WELL BY THE SEA: A DELIGHT FOR ALL THE SENSES..

This is a one off, privately managed apartment in small boutique complex. It is in an exclusive private position nestled above the boardwalk, with uninterrupted views and direct access to the beach. Prepare meals, dine in or just chill out enveloped by breathtaking views. Go to sleep to the sound of the waves beneath your bedroom windows. Surf, fish, kayak, parachute, windsurf or simply watch it all while dolphin and ship spotting.

BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED

Natural stone floors and classic decor link the CENTRAL HUB KITCHEN with all LIVING, DINING spaces and the TWO bedrooms. The MASTER bedroom has a king bed and ENSUITE with a large DOUBLE BATH. The GUEST bedroom has a queen SOFA BED. There is SECOND bathroom and separate LAUNDRY. All rooms have full views of the beaches and mountains. The POOL enjoys winter sun and summer shade.

"Wonderful and stylish property

We had a superb stay at this highly stylish but functional flat overlooking the open seas, Caloundra beaches, and the Queensland hinterland with the volcanic Spyglass Mountains towering like spikes over the wooded terrain.

A short walk to the swimming beaches, local restaurants and shops, and a superbly tasteful yet practical decor within the flat made this one of the most pleasurable stays we have had anywhere in the world. We felt like newly weds again married in 1979"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding location and views. A well equipped apartment with amazing panoramic views of the ocean. Easy walk to beaches and town. A bit cool in winter as it faces south, so pack a jumper - and there is heating. Would be awesome for warmer weather when you could sit on the balcony all day without worrying about the sun.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great view, well presented property! Well presented apartment that was exactly as advertised. Obviously an excellent view of Kings beach and close to shops and cafe's. Good communication with owner. Maybe could use some new frypans for those who wanted to cook every night.
