This is a double story unit with a formal lounge, kitchen, dining room, laundry, patio and toilet downstairs. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, media room, 2 bathrooms and a balcony.
There is 1 king size bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds OR 1 king size bed in the second bedroom. Please let me know you preference for the second bedroom bedding configuration if you have 4 guests at the time of your booking.
NO pets allowed - sorry but our Body Corporate does not allow them.
This is a lovely quite part of the city close to the university with easy access to everything.
Supermarket, chemist, bottle shop, cafe and hotel nearby.
Outside parking only - no access to the garage.
No parties allowed - all consideration is to be given to our neighbours.

This is our home and we rent it out during our time away. We will not be at the property during your stay but you will be greeted by a friend who will give you access and show you around the unit. If our friend is not available, we will contact you by phone or email once you arrive and tell you how to access the unit and its facilities. We are always contactable by phone or email.
We are not coffee drinkers, so we don't have a fancy coffee machine! We do supply a minimal amount of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits upon your arrival.
A welcome book will detail all the things you need to know about the property and the town in order to make your stay as easy and stress free as possible.
I may be able to be flexible with check-in and check-out times by arrangement, but please make sure you check first BEFORE booking.
* We expect guests to leave the unit in the same condition they entered it in.
* Do not leave dishes in the dishwasher.
* If you accidentally make a mess, clean up after yourself.
* If you accidentally break something, be kind and let us know.
* No smoking indoors - only outside of the front door area or the downstairs back patio - NOT on the upstairs patio. Clean up butts and ash if you smoke outdoors.
* No pets allowed. We cannot make any exceptions as our body corporate does not allow them.
* If you have any suggestions, we would be glad to hear from you.
* No parties allowed - all consideration should be given to our neighbours.
* Please turn off all lights, heaters and air-conditioner when you vacate the unit.
