Well appointed Farmstay cottage been recently renovated. Sleeping up to 6 the cottage features a queen size bed, two single beds in a loft and queen sofa bed. A cot is available on request. Verandahs at front and side provide views across the property and a BBQ and playground is adjacent. A fully equipped kitchen with wall oven and cooktop complements a large living area with TV, DVD and combustion heater. A bathroom with a washing machine has access both to the living area and back verandah. Wifi is available for downloading at the nearby Homestead. The farm is located 3 km from Crows Nest which has a well appointed IGA, butchers, bakery, craft, cafe, hardware and other shopping outlets. Highfields is 20km away and is well serviced with a variety of shopping outlets including Woolworths and Coles. The farm is 40km from Toowoomba.
On the farm visitors can take one of a number of scenic walks, observing much birdlife, native animals and farm animals including calm Angus cattle. The Pechey Homestead has a historical studio featuring the Pechey family and local history. The Homestead sits high above Crows Nest with expansive views. There are two stands of forestry on the farm.

Pechey Farmstead is located a comfortable drive to the Bunya Mountains and Kingaroy. Stop at the historic Cooyar or Maidenwell Hotels for lunch on the way.
