This is an amazing Pet Friendly 2 bed, 2 bath ground floor apartment located on The Strand in Townsville with absolute beach frontage and a private courtyard. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, ensuite, air-conditioning & ceiling fan plus plenty of room for a portacot if required. The second bedroom subject to additional charges has the option of either two Single beds or a King bed depending on your requirements your preference is required at time of booking also with air-conditioning & ceiling fan. Both rooms have ample wardrobe and shelving space for storage.
Well behaved pets are welcome on request. There is a secure, gated, shady pet enclosure on one side of the apartment. Pets upon approval are also welcome inside on tiled areas only ie: the bedrooms are carpeted & pets are not allowed into those areas, they are also not allowed on any furniture. Please ensure when going out during your stay that pets are secured in the outdoor enclosure & are not left unattended inside the unit at any time.Additional charges apply $10 per pet per night.
The modern spacious kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, new oven and cook-top, new dishwasher and every utensil to make your holiday complete. Full laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron are also supplied.
The living area, now also air-conditioned complete with LCD flat screen TV, Blue-Ray Player & Stereo covers all your entertainment requirements whilst you sit back & enjoy the wonderful sea breezes coming off the ocean.
Stunning sunsets can be enjoyed from you court yard while sipping a drink & admiring your amazing panoramic view. The Rock Pool & various restaurants are within 200m & a patrolled beach with a stinger net enclosure is virtually straight across the road.
The complex provides secure parking with the undercover carpark for this apartment directly outside the door. There is a BBQ & swimming pool also located within the complex. All linen, bath towels & beach towels are supplied. The unit is a non-smoking area however there is an ash tray provided for use in the court yard.
The Strand itself also provides great BBQ facilities, rest benches and water features located under shady trees directly across the road.
For exercise enthusiasts The Strand has a great walking/running pathway that provides various exercise equipment for use along the way. Castle Hill another local attraction has a Goats Track which provides a challenging climb, all the while being able to enjoy the fantastic views along the way.
Queen room with ensuite only is included in per night rate for two people.
Second bedroom or use of second bedroom for second person is subject to additional charges.
