Lovely as new fully renovated 3 bedroom house available. Ideally located this property is 3 km to the CBD, 6km to Townsville's beautiful strand it is 5 minute stroll from the airport you will not be disappointed with the place. The house is fully air-conditioned large kitchen featuring a very nicely renovated bathroom and its own laundry. The space also has a large patio area for entertaining. There is also a bus stop right next to the house if public transport is needed.

There is a studio apartment downstairs that is fully self-contained separated from the upstairs which is rented separately. Both of these areas are kept completely separate so there is complete privacy for each area.

There is single lock up off street parking available. Towels and linen supplied just bring your suit case and you are good to go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We are wowed from the moment we walked in This house has been beautifully renovated, with lovely modern touches (we even got ideas for the house we are building). It has a little balcony with a view of Castle Hill, which was lovely to sit on and have brekkie in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening in the cool night air. Suited us perfectly. We were concerned about how close it was to the airport and what noise levels would be like, but it wasn't an issue at all. The surrounding neighbourhood is pretty run down, so this property stands in stark contrast to that, but it's a really convenient location - close to everything (we visited The Strand, Paluma, family in Mount Louisa, the hospital - all with quick trips). The owner was great with answering phone calls and questions. We repeatedly said we would love to stay there again on our next trip to TSV, so we hope the daily rates stay roughly the same, and these weren't an introductory rate ;) Only improvement we could suggest is it needs a bigger chopping board, a couple of bath mats and a couple more tea towels. Thank you SO much for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home, and we are looking forward to our next stay!
