Fully equipped kitchen - must be left the way it was found, clean and tidy with all rubbish removed.
CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. The unit is very high so please lock the sliding screen door to ensure small children can not access the balcony on their own. The pool, gym, BBQ and entertaining area are common areas to all residents, so please do not allow children access to these areas on their own.
