Autumn- March to May- Great weather- Med Rain fall 24-30 degrees, but the water is cool, and safe to swim in during these months.
Winter- June to August - A very popular time for the southern states to be in Hydeaway, we have local burger nights on every friday night. The water is chilly for us QLD'ers but you guys love it, ranging from about 20 degrees at night but still reaching beautiful mid 20's during the day, low rainfall in these months, beautiful sunsets, whales can be seen also passing by in these months.
Spring- Sep to November- still keeping cool most of september, starting to warm up again in october, we get a lot of native flowers out along the beach in these months, and you may still see whales. yes and you can still swim, as long as its not blowing Northerlies and the water is not cool. Our turtles nesting in these months also so we need to keep our outside lights off.
