Sundance Country Guest House is situated on a 10 acre property in a quiet and unique rural area of the Adelaide Hills on the city fringe, only 10km from the centre of the city of Adelaide!
Beautifully appointed accommodation and lovely clear rural views, a large country garden to enjoy, abundant birds and wildlife, and a choice of many walking trails from the doorstep makes Sundance a perfect place to stop and rest and rejuvenate.
Being so close to Adelaide, Sundance is an ideal base for local, interstate and international holiday makers to see the best of Adelaide and the Hills. A great in between city and country, Sundance is the perfect choice of accommodation choice for those who appreciate country living with the city only 15 minutes away.

Accommodation comprises a spacious queen sized bedroom with en suite bathroom, a large adjoining balcony with outdoor furniture and a barbecue . An elegant lounge dining room with an open fireplace is exclusively for guests' use. Free wifi is available as well as books and board games.
Cooking appliances and utensils, a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave are provided and a generous selection of breakfasts provisions are included in the tariff. Home cooked dinners are available on request and are served in the guests' dining room.
Many excellent restaurants, both in the hills and in nearby suburbs are a short drive away. The Crafers Hotel, 4km up the road, has been recently renovated and offers wonderful cuisine. Alternatively, evening meals can be provided by your host by arrangement.
Many walks and well known trails to link in to easily from Sundance. Choose from well known trails including Yurebilla and Heysen Trails, or take yourself off on a walk of your own. You will always see plenty of wildlife and we have guaranteed koala sightings!
Come and enjoy all that Sundance has to offer, relax and recharge your batteries. Enjoy cosy log fires and board games in winter, or watch the sun set with a quiet drink on the balcony in summer. Take a bracing country walk or two, or just soak up the serenity of this idyllic haven in its delightful setting!
There are dozens of wonderful things to see and do in and around Adelaide. Your host will be happy guide you to any number of the fabulous local attractions around Adelaide and surrounds.
South Australia is a big, truly beautiful and largely unspoiled place and your host would be proud to show some of it off!
The world class mountain bike park is literally a stone's throw from Sundance and exciting National Events are held there every year. The top class Mount Lofty and Mount Osmond Golf Courses are located just a few minutes away as are many other attractions ~ Mount Lofty Summit and Restaurant, Mount Lofty Botanic Garden, the picturesque Piccadilly Valley, Cleland Wildlife Park, the beautiful hills villages of Stirling and Aldgate, Bridgewater, Hahndorf and "The Cedars" - home of Hans Heysen, State of the Art wineries, Warrawong Sanctuary (do a night walk and see platypus) Belair National Park, Carrick Hill Historic House - you could walk there!, and many more lovely things to see and do close to home.
A trip to the Barossa Valley and a visit to McLaren Vale Wine regions each involving beautiful scenic drives, are well worthwhile. Call in and have a look at some of the stunning beaches on the Fleurieu Peninsula while you're in the area, less than an hour's drive from Sundance.
Day trips to Victor Harbour, Goolwa, Murray Bridge and Mannum, are highly recommended and quite do-able in a day.
