Beautifully appointed and very spacious apartment, with every amenity you could possibly need to make your stay a memorable one. Accomodation for up to 8 people, maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, makes it suitable for families, couples or business travelers. Safe and secure undercover parking for 1 car is included in the nearby parking facility.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and a dining area with a table that seats up to 8. There is a laundry with a washer and dryer and ironing facilities are provided for your convenience. All linen, towels and crockery are supplied.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, both of which have a king bed in them, which can be split into two singles. The larger bedroom also has a queen size sofa bed. There is a second queen size sofa bed in the main living area. The two queen sofa beds aren't your standard fold out design. They use a very comfortable mattress on a wooden slat bed.

A typical day when you stay at Neo Apartment may begin with a leisurely breakfast of coffee and pastries down at one of the many cafes located along Gouger Street, then stroll across the road to the bustling Central Market to pick up a selection of cheeses, meats, fruits and irresistible cakes on offer at the myriad of stalls with all their colorful local characters doing their best to please you. You may like to take a tram down to Glenelg and back or take advantage of the free city bus to head down to Rundle Mall for a day of shopping. Both transports stops are a 2 minute walk away.
Enjoy pre- dinner drinks or a glass of Barossa wine on the balcony of the apartment looking out towards the beautiful Adelaide hills. Stay until the sun goes down and view the unique "twinkle" of the city lights before you wander down to Gouger Street once more to sample the delights of the many restaurants.
Or if you prefer, make use of the fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm for a quiet " night in" . The choice is yours.

Neo Accommodation is a family owned and managed business. We are based in South Australia and established our first property in June 2013 called "Neo Apartment in the City". The 2 bedroom luxury 110sqm apartment is located near the Adelaide Central Markets.
In November 2015, we launched our second property called "Neo at Mannum Waters", located about 2 kms from Mannum, in the Murraylands. The new two storey, 4 bedroom home was built on a water front block, in the newly established marina at Mannum Waters.
