Description

Townhouse on Collins is nestled right in the centre of the Adelaide city. Situated in a leafy no through quiet street yet a quick walk to most city attractions.

Everything is within walking distance. This is city living at its finest suitable for one or two couples, executives and families.

It is a short walk to Adelaide's popular central market, China Town and all the best cafe's and restaurants in fashionable Gouger street. It is close to Adelaide's best shopping precints, Rundle Mall and Rundle street with easy access to the free city bus and tram.

Enjoy visiting the Adelaide Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Art Gallery and the new Adelaide oval which are in the heart of the city.

Walk to the stops to pick up tours that can take you to the - Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale Wineries.

It offers all modern amenities including dishwasher, washer/dryer, split system heating and cooling. WiFi, TV/DVD and ipod dock

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great spot in CBD My daughter and I stayed at the townhouse in January 2017 and it was a great place to stay, very central to CBD yet quiet. We were there during some incredibly hot days and fortunately the air con downstairs is fabulous. the Internet was not working at the time however that was all due to a huge storm that had moved through Adelaide a week earlier. I believe Thea has now installed a new modem. The garage is very narrow and I couldn't park our hire car in there. There is however good street parking behind the townhouse that was usually available. Thea is lovely and genuinely concerned with your comfort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic place!! We loved staying at the townhouse. It was perfect for my family of 4 and our little dog. Quiet location and so close to the markets-Chinatown-City we left our car in the garage and waked everywhere. The owners were great. They were lovely people to talk to if needed. Definitely will stay here again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from quiet and convienant Townhouse on Collins totally met our requirements. From closeness to parklands to convenient shopping or restaurants. All modern appliances was nice. Our dog was very easily accommodated. It was appreciated the early check in. Private parking a plus although if you did not have a car you could easily catch public transport a short walking distance away. NIce quiet surrounds.
