The central Adelaide location is hard to beat with easy access to all that Adelaide has to offer, including restaurants, pubs, major events such as Clipsal 500 and the Fringe, New Year's Eve events and great shopping! There are literally hundreds of restaurants, hotels, entertainment and shops within easy walking distance. An easy 5 min walk to Hutt St restaurant precinct or 10 mins to Gouger St restaurants and the Central Market. Less than 15 mins to Rundle St Mall for the best shopping in Adelaide or the best range of restaurants and entertainment.

The apartment is next door to the famous Coopers Ale House and right on the corner of the Hurtle Square park. A 5 min walk to the South Parklands to pickup one of the great walking tracks around the City parklands or to wander through the Japanese and many other gardens. Only 5 mins to catch the Tram (free inner city travel) to either the Festival Theatre, passing the Central Railway Station, or to Glenelg to play or catch some sun on the beach.

An hour's drive north takes you to the famous wine-growing district of the Barossa Valley and slightly further on is the Clare wine district. A shorter distance south to the McLaren Vale Winery district. These areas produce the best wine at some of the best prices in the world. In the apartment complex you will find a full-size tennis court, outdoor BBQ and patio areas for relaxing. A large sauna provides a great place to unwind at the end of the day. A secure, under-cover parking place for one car is included and lifts will take you to your floor from the carpark.

The apartment has been tastefully decorated with casual furniture, quality mattresses and linen. Facilities include a washing machine, clothes dryer, two bathrooms (one with a bath), reverse cycle airconditioner, balcony with chairs and table, television, Pay TV

(NetFlix), DVD player, and fully functional kitchen with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils,oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The main bedroom boasts a queensize bed, bedside tables with clock/radio, a spacious cupboard and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, vanity and shower. It also has a double sliding glass door to the balcony overlooking the lovely Hurtle Square park. Although located looking over Carrington St, there is very little noise at night as this is a quiet residential area. The second bedroom is located on the inner side of the Carrington Gardens complex, well away from the road if that is an issue. It has a double bed, bedside tables, a clock/radio and includes a portable robe with hanging space.

The third room is an open space that has been setup as a bedroom for children or as an

overflow for guests. It is described as a studio room as it has been created from an open

space by including a tall single bed with a trundle bed that slides under creating more

space for normal use, but can be raised to a normal height for sleeping two adults in the

room if needed. Please be aware that this third room, while well away from the lounge/kitchen area, offers only limited privacy with a pull-across curtain as it is not


The second bathroom has a full size bath, shower, toilet and vanity. It also has a washing machine, dryer and laundry trough - all of which can be concealed when not in use. An ironing board, clothes airer, hair dryer and iron are also supplied. The kitchen is fully functional for those not wishing to partake of the many restaurants and hotels in the local area. The dining/lounge room includes a dining table with 6 chairs or you can relax in the 3 seater and 2 seater lounges while watching TV or a movie on NetFlix or the DVD player. A small range of DVDs and novels are available or you can surf the Internet or catch up with friends using the complimentary dual-band WiFi.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great location We had 4 adults (2 couples) staying for a few nights, so having the two double rooms was ideal. The unit was located within easy walk to the city central areas, so great for tourists. The owner was helpful, friendly, and made booking easy. The private undercover carpark spot was very good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent apartment My family really enjoyed the stay while we were in Adelaide. The apartment was fully equipped with everything! i.e. bath towels, kitchen utensils, washing machine/dryer, detergent etc. Was also walkable distance to Gouger Street (Chinatown), city (Rundle Street). Definitely will be back to stay in this apartment if we were to visit Adelaide in near future!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delighted The apartment is very well located, a short walk to the pedestrian zone and other tourist attractions. It is spacious, very clean and comfortable. It is also fully equipped, anything we needed was already there. The host was replying very quickly to our inquiries and was full of understanding for a couple of additional requests we had. Thank you Steve for your hospitality and I warmly recommend your place to all future travelers. If I need accommodation in Adelaide again, I will look to further.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent accommodation We spent 5 nights at the apartment. It was clean & beautifully maintained exactly as you see the rooms on the photos. The location was fantastic, close to city, airport & public transport. Steve the owner was welcoming & very accommodating, especially as we arrived late Friday night & he waited for us to show us around, we were very grateful. We would recommend this apartment to travellers & we will definitely stay again when travelling to SA. Thank you!
