It is located approximately 5km for the CBD, in a beautiful quiet tree lined street in Prospect. It is in close proximity to a Shopping Plaza, CBD, airport and trendy Prospect Road cafes. Great base for a trip to the Barossa Valley, an outing to Glenelg or Henley Beaches.
This property is conveniently situated from two main bus routes that take you into the CBD. The bus stops are approximately 900metres(5 minute walk) and the bus trip is approximately 20 minutes.
It consists of 4 bedrooms, spacious living room, movies/games room, 2 bathrooms, huge living room overlooking a fresh-water solar heated in-ground swimming pool.

Bathroom: Spacious shower, bath and vanity.Good quality hairdryers in each bathroom.
Modern kitchen with walk in-pantry and European appliances (large cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave) quality kitchen utensils. Large Jarrah island bench accompanied by two bar stools.
The spacious sitting area is equipped with 3 sofas ,plasma television and DVD player. Solid timber dinner table with a sitting for 12 guests.The living area opens with double doors to a stunning pool area and outside decking.
Downstairs a games/movie/quite time room. Equipped with 2 three seated sofas, television(has provisions for movies only), DVD player, puzzles and DVDs. Accessed internally. This is the only room that is located downstairs. Great children's area.
Central ducted heating/cooling throughout the house for the cold winters and the warm summers.
Laundry: Large and Modern. Washing Machine, iron, iron-board and vacuum cleaner.
The property has a clothes dryer and a clothes-line.
We have a security monitoring system for peace of mind. You can opt to turn the monitor, which is located inside the house, on or off to suit your needs. When the monitor is turned on, you can view the garage, the front entrance and swimming pool whilst you are in the kitchen area.
Keyless system entry with personalized code which makes access easy. No need to worry about picking up keys when you are arriving on late flights. Keys to the house and remote controls to the garage are left on premise.

Outdoor solar-heated chlorinated pool is surrounded by decking, two banana lounges and accompanied by an umbrella for those sunny days. It is fenced off by glass and you enter via a glass gate. This is professionally maintained on a regular basis.
A BBQ is provided as well as an outdoor setting with seating arrangement for eight people.
Outdoor living area has a resort like feel. The swimming pool as well as the palms and tropical plants make it a perfect place for you and your family to relax and spend quality time together.
Two car lock up garage with remote control access.This is a corner property with the double garage easily accessed from the side street.
We take care of the lawns regardless of the length ofyour stay.The swimming pool has an automated pump and professional maintenance is carried out on a regular basis. The swimming pool is heated in summer via solar panels.This is however weather dependent.
We have recently started to manage the property ourselves. This is reflected in our pricing as we do not have to pay agent fees. Guests enjoy our property at a very reasonable cost. We are contactable 24/7.
