The beauty of winter or summer can be equally enjoyed when your stay at our property.
Situated close to most attractions and a short drive to the heart of Adelaide, is "Palms on Hudson". Relax in luxury in this beautifully single storey, renovated 1920's bungalow.
It has modern features, well maintained gardens and stunning swimming pool. This is a quiet, family neighbourhood ideal for corporate guests, families and in general guests that want to relax in comfort. It is very much a children friendly property.
It is located approximately 5km for the CBD and 11km from Adelaide airport. It is situated in a beautiful quiet tree lined street in Prospect. It is a 5 minute walk to Sefton Shopping Plaza where you will find all banks, chemists,Target, Coles and all the major shops.
It is close to all amenities and trendy Prospect Road cafes. Great base for a trip to the Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills, conservation walks and beaches.
This property is conveniently situated from two main bus routes that take you into the CBD. The bus stops are approximately 900metres 5 minute walk and the bus trip is approximately 20 minutes. A car trip will take approximately 10 minutes to the CBD.
It consists of 4 bedrooms, a games room, 2 bathrooms, spacious open floor plan dining and sitting areas. Central ducted heating/cooling throughout the house for the cold winters and the warm summers.
Bedroom1: Spacious room with a Queen size bed, wall- mounted TV, walk-in wardrobe accompanied with a spacious ensuite. Decorated in quality linen, wall furnishings and a luggage stand overlooking the tree lined street and front garden.
Bedroom 2: Rich with character. The gold gilded artwork is combined with a ceiling chandelier. The delicate cornices and ceiling rosettes make this room luxurious. A very spacious room with a King size bed, chest of draws, a luggage stand overlooking the front garden.
Bedroom 3: The original fireplace adds character to this room which overlooks a side courtyard. 2 King Single wrought iron beds with quality mattresses to suit. Decorated with wall mounted mirror, chest of draws and quality artwork.
Bedroom 4: 2 King single wrought iron beds with quality mattresses. It consists of a walk in wardrobe, Tall Boy, floor lamp, a wall mirror and quality artwork.
Bathroom: Spacious shower, bath and vanity. Good quality hairdryers in each bathroom.
Modern kitchen with walk in-pantry and European appliances large cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave quality kitchen utensils. Large Jarrah island bench accompanied by two bar stools.
The spacious sitting area is equipped with 3 couches ,plasma television and DVD player. Solid timber dinner table with a sitting for 12 guests.The living area opens with double doors to a stunning pool area and outside decking.
Downstairs a games/movie/quite time room. Equipped with 2 three seated sofas, televisionhas provisions for movies only, DVD player, puzzles and DVDs. Accessed internally. This is the only room that is located downstairs. Staircase is situated between the kitchen and 4th bedroom. A gate at the top of the staircase adds safety for our little guests.
Laundry: Large and Modern. Washing Machine, iron, iron-board and vacuum cleaner.
The property has a clothes dryer and a clothes-line. The laundry has access to the side garden and to the clothes line.
Keyless system entry with personalized code which makes access easy. No need to worry about picking up keys when you are arriving late. Keys to the house and remote controls to the garage are left on premise.
Outdoor Living Consists of:
Outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by decking, two banana lounges and accompanied by an umbrella for those sunny days. It is fenced off by glass and you can enter it via a glass safety locked gate. This is professionally maintained on a regular basis.
A BBQ is provided as well as an outdoor setting with seating arrangement for eight people. The BBQ is connected to the main gas supply, so you will never run out of gas whilst enjoying your outdoor living. The outdoor area consists of a spacious covered decking area so you can enjoy the outdoors both in winter and summer.
Outdoor living area has a resort feel. The swimming pool as well as the palms and tropical plants make it a perfect place for you and your family to relax.
Garden: We take care of the lawns regardless of the length of your stay.
Two car lock up garage with remote control access.This is a corner property with the double garage easily accessed from the side street. Parking is not an issue with this property as our garage is spacious and your cars are safely locked inside.

We are constantly upgrading our property with superior products to make your stay perfect. We have equipped the property to deal with extremes of weather conditions, whether its the heat, the cold or a blackout. You will always relax in comfort.

We are not obligated to accept your booking request. We allow time for property maintenance and for our usage.
We respect our quite neighbourhood and thus we expect our guests to do the same.
Strictly No Party groups, No group functions such as Hen's Nights or Buck's Nights gatherings. No Pets and No Smoking. We do not allow loud music, noises or anything that would disrupt the ambience of the neighbourhood.
ONLY paying guests can have access to the property, and the pool. Paying guests are NOT permitted to invite other persons to this property or to invite persons to use the pool under any circumstances. Failure to comply with our booking requirements will result in losing you bond and you will be instructed to immediately vacate the property.

Prices listed based for 6 people stay. Property sleeps 8. We offer a reduced rate of $230 a night on stays that are 4-8 weeks in duration. Guests that wish to stay 8 weeks or more in duration the rate is $190.00 a night.
