This property is conveniently situated from two main bus routes that take you into the CBD. The bus stops are approximately 900metres5 minute walk and the bus trip is approximately 20 minutes.
It consists of 4 bedrooms, spacious open floor plan dining and sitting areas, overlooking a fresh-water solar heated in-ground swimming pool. Games/DVD room and two bathrooms.
Bedroom1: Spacious room with a Queen size bed, wall- mounted TV, walk-in wardrobe accompanied with a spacious ensuite. Decorated in quality linen, wall furnishings and a luggage stand overlooking the tree lined street ad front garden.
Bedroom 2: Rich with character. The gold gilded artwork is combined with a ceiling chandelier. The delicate cornices and ceiling rosettes make this room luxurious. A very spacious room with a King size bed, chest of draws, a luggage stand overlooking the front garden.
Bedroom 3: The original fireplace adds character to this room which overlooks a side courtyard. 2 King Single wrought iron beds with quality mattresses to suit. Decorated with wall mounted mirror, chest of draws and quality artwork.
Bedroom 4: 2 King single wrought iron beds with quality mattresses. It consists of a Tall Boy and a floor lamp.
Bathroom: Spacious shower, bath and vanity.Good quality hairdryers in each bathroom.
Modern kitchen with walk in-pantry and European appliances large cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave quality kitchen utensils. Large Jarrah island bench accompanied by two bar stools.
The spacious sitting area is equipped with 3 couches ,plasma television and DVD player. Solid timber dinner table with a sitting for 12 guests.The living area opens with double doors to a stunning pool area and outside decking.
Downstairs a games/movie/quite time room. Equipped with 2 three seated sofas, televisionhas provisions for movies only, DVD player, puzzles and DVDs. Accessed internally. This is the only room that is located downstairs. Great children's area.
Central ducted heating/cooling throughout the house for the cold winters and the warm summers.
Laundry: Large and Modern. Washing Machine, iron, iron-board and vacuum cleaner.
The property has a clothes dryer and a clothes-line. Access to the a side garden and to the clothes line.
Keyless system entry with personalized code which makes access easy. No need to worry about picking up keys when you are arriving late. Keys to the house and remote controls to the garage are left on premise.

Outdoor solar-heated chlorinated pool is surrounded by decking, two banana lounges and accompanied by an umbrella for those sunny days. It is fenced off by glass and you enter via a glass gate. This is professionally maintained on a regular basis.
A BBQ is provided as well as an outdoor setting with seating arrangement for eight people.
Outdoor living area has a resort like feel. The swimming pool as well as the palms and tropical plants make it a perfect place for you and your family to relax and spend quality time together.
Two car lock up garage with remote control access.This is a corner property with the double garage easily accessed from the side street.
We take care of the lawns regardless of the length of your stay.The swimming pool has an automated pump and professional maintenance is carried out on a regular basis. The swimming pool is heated in summer via solar panels.This is however weather dependent.

Adelaide comes alive with the Pacific Games December 1st-10th 2017. Enjoy our property and have use of the pool, during this time of year when the temperatures in Adelaide are usually quite warm.
Previous guests at Palms on Hudson have included athletes competing in the Masters Games held in Adelaide September 2016.

Please fill in all details when booking including your address. We may ask for a copy of your drivers license. Minimum age, for the guest, booking is 26 years of age.
We are not obligated to accept your booking request. We allow time for property maintenance and for our usage.
We respect our quite neighbourhood and thus we expect our guests to do the same.
Strictly No Party groups, No group functions such as Hen's Nights or Buck's Night gatherings. No Pets and No Smoking. We do not allow loud music, noises or anything that would disrupt the ambience of the neighbourhood.
Prices listed based for 6 people stay. Property sleeps 8. We offer a reduced rate of $230 a night on stays that are 4-8 weeks in duration. Guests that wish to stay 8 weeks or more in duration the rate is $190.00 a night.
