The minimum stay is usually 4 days, however between 21 Dec-2 Jan, the minimum stay is 5 days due to the high demand for Christmas and New Year period. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for your interest in staying with us.

Our holiday home is a 2 bedroom unit 100m away from the tram stop that will bring you to the major attractions in Adelaide eg, city, museum, concerts and beaches. We have tastefully selected furnishings to accommodate the modern interior design of the space.

It is located on ground level amidst with only 2 other units close by and surrounded by a leafy, peaceful and affluent neighbourhood. Next to the unit is also a parking lot for your convenience. Supermarkets and shops are also in the vicinity.

The main bedroom has a plush-graded queen bed with built-in wardrobe and the second smaller bedroom with a double bed.

In the living area, we have left you books, games and toys for the children other than the usual digital nanny-digital TV.

The kitchen is modern and stylish with an induction cooktop and a fridge is available for your grocery shopping.

Both bedrooms, living and dining room has air-conditioning with a sofa bed to complete the comfort.

We live close to the property and will be most happy to help you out to ensure your holiday stay is as comfortable as possible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Home away from home We had a great time away at our home away from home and it was made so much better by us not having to worry about the small things. Everything (and I mean everything) was supplied and this made our stay so much more enjoyable. Thanks Karen for your hospitality. We will happily stay again when we are next in Adelaide.

Thankyou for your attention to details (the little things like picking toys especially appropriate for my 2 boys and their ages , the dvds etc). We will def stay again in this beautifully presented secure property. Thankyou karen we enjoyed our time away a big part was that comfort of home feeling you provided.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful location, beautifully presented property This property is perfectly located to experience the best of Adelaide; especially by bike or public transport! I used the tram between the CBD and Glenelg (both easy, affordable and quick journeys), but also had a bike that I kept secure in the clean backyard shed. The bike provided easy transportation to the city using either the bike lanes or the nearby designated bike paths. The house is well presented, and exceptionally clean. The owner's hospitality was fantastic; she was very personable, flexible and easy to converse with. My work colleagues stayed in city hotels during our Adelaide visit but didn't appear to have half as much fun, or seem quite as relaxed, as I did – and I attribute that to this property and its location. It's wonderful (I wish I was back there now). It's easy walking distance to Coles and Kmart, with easy access to major SA thoroughfares (if you do have a car). Thank you very much for having me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well presented and convenient location. Family of four stayed three nights. The property was exceptionally clean, well presented and all needs were provided for. Quiet location with shops and eateries within easy walking distance. Handy tram stop metres from the front door for travel to city or the beach. Walkway alongside the tram line provides for a safe walk / run / cycle track. Highly recommended and we would stay again.
