Our 2 storey townhouse is in a quiet & leafy area - 5km out of the city. It's located halfway between the city & Glenelg Beach easily accessible by tram. Other public transport, The farmer’s market, cute cafes, a bakery & an amazing Indian restaurant are a short stroll away. This space includes an undercover car park, fully equipped kitchen & a private back patio. Nearby is a playground/park too. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families with kids

. PLEASE NOTE: this townhouse can sleep up to 7 people, but please take into consideration there is 1 full bathroom upstairs and just a second toilet downstairs. Please keep in mind the bedding configurations and the close proximity your group with be in with each other as it is not a large apartment.
We live less than 10 mins away so be reassured that if you require help or if you have any questions, advice about things to do, contacts in Adelaide, or help in an emergency situation, we will be there. We love to meet our guests but we also respect your privacy if you don’t require any assistance.
Any items that you may require during your stay please let us know and if we can make arrangements to have these available for you we will do our very best. Eg, if you need pedestal fans, extra blankets, towels - be sure to ask and we will do our best :
Am happy to leave a key out for you to discover the unit yourself or depending on my work schedule can easily meet you there and show you around the unit
The flat is situated in a residential area and is in proximity to neighbours so please be aware of noise level and respect neighbours. This house is not suitable for parties. Outside guests and pets are not permitted. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm.
- Smoking and open flames/burning of candles are not permitted.
- Please ensure bins are emptied at the end of the stay, lights are switched off and keys are left on
the kitchen bench.
- Sustainable use of water and energy are greatly appreciated.
- Consumables that are available in the house for guest use eg. tissues, hand soap, cleaning
products, other pantry supplies, toilet paper are to be replenished by guest if you require more
during your stay.
- Linen is provided.
- The unit should be left neat and tidy at the end of your stay. If not left in a good condition a loss of
bond payment for extra cleaning fee will be charged.
A short 5 min drive away there are an array of cafes, restaurants, wine bars and shops on trendy King William Rd and Unley Rd, and funky shops, wine bar, Izakaya Japanese bar and cafes on Goodwood Road, including an incredible dessert cafe and the heritage cinema, Capri theatre complete with a rare Wurlitzer organ the largest theatre organ in the southern hemisphere.
Getting around is super easy Public transport is a very short walk away. There is also a bike path nearby that cuts through suburbia and into the city.
