Description

Neat and tidy one bedroom unit with own street frontage, off-street parking and own backyard, in a small group of three units.

- Large kitchen and separate lounge room.

- Queen bed in bedroom and sofa bed in lounge room.

- Portable cot available on request - own linen etc. required for cot.

- Free wifi.

- Continental breakfast included for first couple of days.

- All linen, towels and basic amenities provided excluding shampoo and conditioner.

Located midway between Adelaide CBD 5km and Glenelg 7km.

700m walk to Kurralta Park Shopping Centre which has Coles supermarket, Kmart and some specialty/food shops.

Bus stop 5A is just a couple of minutes walk around the corner. 15 minute bus ride to the city centre.

Westside bikeway/walking trail is a couple of minutes walk from unit.

Fully equipped unit - all you need are your personal items.

Good size for a couple, with the addition of a sofa bed in lounge room that can accommodate another couple/adult/child. If 2 singles and requiring use of sofa bed then additional cost of $15 required per stay.

No smoking inside and no pets allowed.

Suitable for longer periods - we will negotiate a price for tenancies over a month.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Neat clean and welcoming unit. We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was very welcoming and very clean with all we needed for our stay and close to all facilities. Try the Food and Fodder cafe in Mortimer street for great coffee. Rita was an excellent host providing breakfast supplies for our stay and plenty of extras.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delightful place to stay Booking was hassle free and all communication prompt. The unit was clean and very well presented. Was lovely to have such a private garden to sit in and enjoy the outdoors. Very centrally located and has a supermarket nearby. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great place to stay near the airport and city My girlfriend and I stayed here for the long weekend and had a great stay. Communication was great, right from the booking, to check in and through to checkout. The unit has plenty of space for and is decked out with everything you need. The kitchen is also well equipped, and the breakfast provided on check-in was very welcome. Two split systems meant it was easy to stay warm for the cool evenings and nights. The outdoor area with a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs was great for lounging in the sun. We had a car which made getting around very easy and the unit is only a couple of minutes drive to the centre of the city. A Coles supermarket is also just down the road to pick up any bits you need. Would happily stay again and we want to get back to Adelaide!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cozy place and excellent location We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The property was clean and tidy. The property was close to the shopping centre and to the CBD. The property give us a very homey feeling. My 7 year old girl loved how the place was set up. It was cozy and the area around is quiete. Above all, Rita gave me was very welcoming when I spoke to her on the phone. She also made sure I had all the information before arriving the property. Everything was so organised!
