Description

VERY COMFORTABLE, Spacious 3BR, 2 .5 Bathroom, completely self contained 2 storey, Town-house in a great location, close to the City and North Adelaide, with secure garage parking for 2 cars. Best described as "Your home away from home".

Feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door.

The house has everything you could possibly need for either a great holiday or business stay.

THE BROMPTON TOWNHOUSE is a spacious 3 bedroom, well maintained home. There are 2 queen bed and 1 double bed bedroom upstairs and an extra single bed downstairs if needed. There are 2 Bathrooms upstairs, and an extra 3rd toilet downstairs. (see below for more details)

BEDDING is of a very high standard, exactly what you would expect to find in

a 5 star Hotel. They beds are really very comfortable.

MASTER BEDROOM has queen size bed with luxury pillowtop mattress and quilt. Walk in Robe and ensuite bathroom.

SECOND BEDROOM has queen size bed, luxury pillowtop mattress and quilt.

THIRD BEDROOM has double bed with luxury pillowtop mattress and quilt.

** Please note all bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs ** but we have placed an extra single bed in the downstairs study should anyone have difficulty negotiating stairs or if an extra bed is needed for sleeping arrangements, but this is not an extra bedroom and cannot be closed off as is open plan off the main hallway.

The home has absolutely everything you need for a great relaxing stay, - and more importantly, for a good nights sleep. East St. is open for local traffic only. As an extra bonus, the windows upstairs facing East St have been fitted with magnetite windows which act as double glazing for extra noise/sound reduction/comfort.

A PORTA-COT with linens and high chair is available on request at no extra charge.

Cool in summer and warm in winter with ducted evaporative airconditioning / heating.

We have thought of all the little things that you wouldn't normally see in a holiday rental right down to the bake-ware for making cakes if that's your thing.

The OUTDOOR, BBQ and patio area opens onto a garden view, ideal for that romantic outdoor candlelit dinner or also great for those quiet times when you want to sit outside with a good book and just relax the day away.

So the only thing you need to bring is yourself and your personal items.

ENSUITE BATHROOM has full sized bath, separate shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, Hairdryer, Hairspray, Shampoo/Conditioner, Facial Wipes for makeup removal,bathroom scales, 2 non slip mats for bath / shower if needed.

2ND BATHROOM adjacent 2nd & 3rd. bedrooms has shower, vanity,mirror, toilet, heated towel rack, Hairdryer, Hairspray, Facial wipes for makeup removal.

** NOTE there is a downstairs 3rd Toilet with Full size Vanity Unit & Large Mirror and extra (3rd.) hairdryer, also a hair straightener and curling wand can be found in here.**

UPSTAIRS RETREAT has two seater lounge and LCD Flat screen TV/DVD.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN has large walk in pantry, fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas cooktop, Microwave, Dishwasher, Expresso Coffee Machine, Electric juicer, Vegetable Steamer, Rice Cooker, Hand Held Blender, 4 slice toaster, Stanley Rogers cutlery, quality serving dishes, microwave dishes, crockery, cooking utensils and glassware for every occasion. Nutribullet available on request.

If you are coming over for events at either Coopers Stadium (home of Adelaide United FC), the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, or the Governor Hindmarsh Hotel, take note that you can walk to these events if you choose to, or take a short taxi ride. For Adelaide Oval, if you are fit, you could walk, but I suggest you either take the train 2 stops to the city and then walk across the Torrens footbridge or short taxi ride.

This is an Upmarket Indian Themed Hotel & Restaurant and definitely worth a visit. Even though themed Indian, They have a quite a reasonable menu with plenty of different a-la-carte food choices, not only Indian Food Choices.

For the restaurant bookings are mostly required for larger groups especially weekends.

Also, they have a very comfortable gaming lounge with large sofa lounges with tea & coffee facilities as well as another fully equipped bar area.

BROMPTON PARK HOTEL, where the old meets the new for Stone Grill plus A-la-carte Menu - First St. Brompton

NNQ (Nghi Ngan Quan) - 65 Woodville Rd - Woodville - known for Value for Money Vietnames with large portion sizes

There are many restaurants close by in North Adelaide, Hindmarsh, Prospect, Norwood and the city all very close by.

LEISURE :-

Swimming, within walking distance is the Adelaide Aquatic Centre. Apart from the variety of pools there, there is a swim shop, gym, spa's, sauna's and cafeteria

It is surrounded by beautiful parkland's and has a great playground if you have young children.

(The rates at the pool are very reasonable for non member visits, just pay as you go.) - We supply pool towels at the house, so no need to bring with you.

Beaches - most popular are Semaphore and Glenleg Precincts, (you can take the tram to Glenelg)

Golf, - take a short drive and you will find the Prestigious North Adelaide Golf Club on Strangways Tce / War Memorial Drive at North Adelaide. Regency Park golf Club is also close by. (both public courses)

Tennis Courts on Memorial Drive close alongside River Torrens. Located right next to "The Next Generation Gym" which is a huge very upmarket gym complex with pool, spa, sauna, squash centre, pilates groups, cafe and bar.

Adelaide Oval Entrance to the Cricket and Football is on Memorial Drive city side of the Next Generation Gym compex. If you take the train to the city, it's then a 5 min walk across the new footbridge over the River Torrens.

We travelled from interstate and found it was very comfortable utilising all spaces provided. It was definetely home away from home. Great outdoor area for relaxing and BBQ. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Interstate business trip I booked Brompton Executive Townhouse for my three colleagues when they were working interstate in Adelaide and they really enjoyed their stay. They found the location easy to get around and within walking distance to great cafes. The house had plenty of space for them all which is a real bonus. Pat was an absolute pleasure to deal with and super helpful and efficient with all our organisation and payment arrangements.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ideal holiday rental. This townhouse was perfect for our needs while staying for the WomAdelaide Festival. It was a short and an easy cab ride to the festival site at Botanic Park each day which meant we had no need to hire a car. We were three couples for five days and the townhouse had everything we needed. The hosts were brilliant with communication even providing general information about the festival and other events on at the time and public and private transport. The three double bedrooms were a good size, beds were very comfortable and the house had everything included right down to glad wrap and sandwich bags. Our only word of caution would be in relation to the noise heard at night from the train line through the windows in the two back bedrooms. Probably wouldn't bother kids and earplugs would fix the problem but our adult guests found it disturbed their sleep. We in the front bedroom however slept in total silence and darkness and would recommend highly.
