Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great property in excellent location Spacious apartment which was very clean and roomy. Great for our large family with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A little noisy early in the night but secure apartment with undercover off street parking. Hosts were very friendly and met us to show us the apartment and gave us a tour of local eating places. Walking distance to Rundle Mall and Adelaide Oval and the Uni's. A couple of the towels were a bit threadbare and no scrubbing cloth for the dishes but apart from that everything we needed was there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Location Location Location This property is as advertised. Cleanliness is good. No issues at all. Apartment is very comfortable. Rooms are large. We had 5 adults and 1 child (6yo) in this apartment and had all the space we could hope for. Heating was good. Couch easily big enough for all of us (and has upgraded since the photos). Plenty of cutlery and glasses and all those useful things. The owners are a delight, and their local knowledge that they so willingly share is priceless. We really appreciated the time they spent to show us the apartment and the local area. I've never had any owner pay so much attention to the welcome before. It is something that we will talk about for a long time. Location is just fabulous. Genuinely perfect. Supermarket for those little things to put in the fridge within easy walking distance. Convenience store even closer. Fabulous restaurants and cafes even closer again. The free bus around town stops a short stroll away from the front door. We walked over to Adelaide Oval for the footy, via the mall, and it was a reasonable and safe walk at night. Even the carpark is all of 10m from the elevator. Every time we went out the front door we marvelled at how great the location was. Also worth mentioning although close to everything, we had no street noise inside. We did drop the quality rating a bit over a couple of very minor things. One of the towels had gotten a bit thin and developed a small hole, and one of the tissue boxes was a bit worse for wear. Hardly worth mentioning except to demonstrate I'd tried really hard to find any negatives. A delightful stay. Perfect for us, and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this accommodation.
