The property is situated within easy walking distance to the Citi Centre, Rundle Mall, CBD, Rundle Street, The Central and Gilles Street Markets. Enjoy the Fringe and Festival atmosphere all year round.

Walk off Angas street into the private courtyard. From the moment you enter the secure front gate, your every need is catered for; providing you with a secure and comfortable stay.

As you enter the front doors into the main Lounge Room area with a large leather Lounge, opposite the 50"Plasma TV with DVD & also Free Pay TV, relax and enjoy. Tastefully decorated with Wooden floating floor boards, right through to the Dining room and kitchen.

Fully self contained kitchen, with s/steel appliances including a dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer.

Upstairs we have a large Main bedroom with a new Queen Bed with side tables, and a wall mounted LCD TV, a large walk in closet and your very own ensuite.

There are 2 other Bedrooms with sumptuous comfortable double beds. Wall mounted LCD TV'S are featured in each room.

All beds are made with quality Sheridan Egyptian Linen.

There is also a Sofa Bed for 2 People.

Main bathroom and a 2nd separate toilet.

Patio doors from the dining room area open out onto a large private courtyard with an outdoor table setting, an umberella and a 4 Burner BBQ for your use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stunning accommodation My family and i stayed at 340 on Angas for 6 glorious nights. From the moment we walked in the door we felt completely at home. The furnishings and decor were gorgeous. The beds were devine. Perfect for resting after a day of exploring the sights. The property is very secure and provides covered off street parking. On top of all that it is perfectly located to explore Adelaide if your up for some sightseeing. Angela and Ross provide beautiful accommodation. Highly recommended if your looking for quality accommodation

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Location We enjoyed our stay at 340 On Angus - there was a fully eqipped kitchen, a plethora of TVs ( 5 in all !! ) and the property was clean, altho' showing a wee bit of wear and tear in parts. The best part was the location - within walking distance of a great park, the city and of course many, many restaurants. Off street garage parking was an added bonus. Just a couple of minor irritations. The fourth bed was a foldout in the main loungeroom and was somewhat uncomfortable to be kind. Altho' a dishwasher was provided only two dishwashing tablets were provided for a five night stay - not a great incentive to "leave the property as clean as when you arrived". In summary an ideal place for up to 6 people but stretching things to say it sleeps 8 with the inference "in comfort".

We loved that we could get on a free bus just around the corner from townhouse and venture in and around the city or walk to attractions such as Botanic Gardens. There are plenty of wonderful eateries within walking distance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A fine and comfortable property. The accommodation was delightfully relaxing in every way. It's position to Hutt Street and easy access to the city and the Norwood Parade was a plus. After a tiring day's outing coming 'home' uplifted the spirits. Quite a blessed find.
