Both singles in 2nd and 3rd bedroom can convert to King. Fold up beds are available for an extra 2 guests and can be set up in the bedrooms. All linen provided.
The living area is a large open plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining bench and comfortable living room with leather lounge, television and DVD player. Glass doors line the living space leading out to the rear entertaining area.
Off the central hall way is 2 bathrooms, one with a large deep bath tub to wash the kids or relax in after a long day. The fully equipped laundry is also located here.
A comfortable outdoor entertaining area is situated straight out from the living area with gas barbeque.

The property is also in close proximity to King William St which is where the trams are located. The tram service runs from the Entertainment Centre through the city and down to the beachside suburb off Glenelg, great for a day trip to the beach, the Holdfast Bay Marina or the shopping precinct of Jetty Rd.
