This property is approximately 6km east of Adelaide CBD, in the beautiful suburb of Beaumont, a leafy eastern suburb located in the Adelaide foothills. Quiet, peaceful and picturesque surrounds. Close to nature, there has been spotting of some wildlife such as koalas and cookatoos.

Around the corner from the home, is Mount Osmond, there are lovely walking trails, for leisure and fitness. It takes you to the top of the hillside for a breathtaking views over the city and beyond Adelaide's beaches. Absolutely stunning Photos don't do the place justice you have to be here to see it.

10 minute walk to historic mining site.

Close to Glenunga International High and Burnside Village Shopping Centre.

A short drive to Mount Lofty and Waterfall Gully.

Easy access to Portrush Rd and Freeway.

About 20 minutes drive to Adelaide Hills, 15 minutes to CBD, 30 minutes to Adelaide Airport or Glenelg.

Check out time is by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

It is near the gateway of the Adelaide Hills with easy access to popular areas like Waterfall Gully, Mt Lofty, Sterling, Crafers, Hahndorf, Monarto Zoo, Clealand National Park.

Perfectly located close to restaurants with a variety of cuisines and shopping precincts. Burnside Village, one of Adelaide's most upscale shopping centres is a 5 minute drive away and is home to over 100 premium lifestyle and fashion stores along with banks and ATM. Approximately 10-15 minutes drive to the city and 30 minutes to Adelaide International Airport.

The Adelaide CBD contains a range of attractions including Adelaide Oval, Botanic Garden, Adelaide Zoo, Rundle Mall shopping precinct, Central Market, bike paths, Clipsal500, International Equestrian 3 day event.

A short drive to Waterfall Gully for a 4km walking track to Mount Lofty, is definitely worth doing and you will enjoy the magnificent view of Adelaide. At the top of Mount Lofty there is The Summit restaurant serving upscale Modern Australian food, plus a cafe dishing up light bites, at reasonable prices. There is also a shop there selling souvenirs and postcards.

Golf - The closest golf club is Mount Osmond Golf Club which is only a few minutes away. The Sterling Golf Club is not much further, and both of these clubs Visitors are welcome, you will need to check the playing times for competition, social golf or Charity or Corporate Days.

Pick your own strawberries at Beerenburg Farm from November to April, or PYI cherries at the Adelaide Hills during December-January.

Inside this apartment is nice and cool in summer naturally well insulated from the outside heat. There has never been a need for air conditioner. An electric fan is available if required.

Comfortably accommodate up to a family of 5, beds will be made available for the number of people on your booking. The beds will have linen, pillows, quilts & quilt cover and blanket to keep you nice and warm at night. In winter months the beds are fitted with electric blankets in addition for your use if required.

Kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates and cutlery etc.

An electric cook top and grill/oven is available at the home along with cooking utensils.

Please note: no smoking, parties/function or pets are allowed on the property.
