The yard is surrounded by high fences so that your four legged loved ones can not go off exploring on their own whilst on holidays. 1950 Double Brick Character home is perfect for Adelaide's extreme temperatures keeping cool in summer and warm in winter. The interior walls are brick also, so its nice and quiet.
Double bricked 60/70's cream rendered home offers a large front yard, tiled roof and polished floor boards throughout. Very simple but very elegant home with large windows to let in the light. Its priced in the budget range for a families or group holiday to the city. Contains all the necessities one would need on a holiday or a long term stay, beautiful leather couches and comfy beds. Linen and towels are provided. The configuration of the beds is as follows main room queen bed, second room double bed and 2 single beds the third room a queen bed and a gorgeous cot. 4th bedroom has a double bed. The lounge room has a very comfortable single fold out bed for those who do not wish to share a bed. Can provide further bedding in the form of a mattress on the floor if you do not wish to share a bed. I have been running this house for 3 years on stayz now and I know when a group of 10 book it does not mean that you are all couples and often a separate bed is needed.

The home is situated 10 min from the CBD between Main North Road and Hampstead Road and parallel to Regency road set in a very quiet area. It is near Hampstead hospital and some of the main shopping centers in Adelaide. It is close to the home of the "roosters" North Adelaide football team. Sefton plaza is the nearest shopping center and not too much further away is Westfield shopping center and our first Aldi and Cosco in the Churchill Center. If you do not have a car there is great public transport with a direct rout into the city via Hampstead road and with in walking distance to the bus stop at the end of the street.
I charge a bond when booking, up to $300.00 depending on the length of stay. This is returned on departure providing all is in order.
