situated on a corner block with delightful sunny outlook on quiet street.

Situated in a tree-lined street among other character homes. Once you step inside, this home excudes style and grace with crisp flowing lines.

The house includes 3 bedrooms with the following set up

- Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed and Ensuire and Walk in Robe with LCD TV and Blu Ray

- Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed with single bed BIR and LCD TV and Ipod Dock

- Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed with single bed

Sleeping up to 9 total making it an ideal family get away and able to sleep two families with children. Also have a double fold out bed in living room

It exudes a genuine feeling of comfort and space. All rooms are spacious, with main bedroom with ensuite, 37 inch LED LCD TV with Blu Ray, walk in robe and pleasant outlook. All bed and bath linen is supplied. Portacot and high chair available on request.

The house has fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort with ducts in all bedrooms and living areas.

The house also has a spacious open lounge/living and kitchen with Euro gas top cooking, automatic coffee machine, free-standing fresh chilled water filter bottle and Elfa dishwasher with crisp white tiles throughout and carpet in the bedrooms. The Dining Area has a new white 8 seater dining table.

There is a large three seater leather lounge along with a 2 seater leather lounge with pull out sofa to sleep further guests.

There is a 60 inch LED LCD TV with PVR,Apple TV for downloading movies and DVD for your pleasure and a Grundig CD player and radio and Wii and Wii Fit for games and fitness.

There are two double sliding doors leading out to courtyard and side yard with outdoor setting with a couple of smaller settings for a relaxing cup of tea or wine

in the sun.

The laundry has space and a Fischer Paykel washer and clothes line located within a few steps from the back door.

There is a secure 2 car garage with automated roller door and lockable side entry for ease and security and also further 2 car off street parking in the driveway.

We have a minimum of 2 night stays.

Perfect for those here for a holiday, migrating or relocating to Adelaide.

Situated only 7km or 8-10 minutes drive from the CBD. The location couldn't be anymore central.

Only a short drive to the cosmopolitan Prospect Rd and O'Connell St, North Adelaide precincts, where you will find plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property! We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation, neat and tidy, plenty of space for the whole family, great location, close to all the shopping centers. Would definitely recommend this property to all, the property owner is very friendly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great property in convenient location. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this property which had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. Overall the house was quite neat and tidy. Double lock up garage was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Property Nice property , back yard much smaller than expected , no grass so couldn't let lil ones outside . Needs a few more things: extra cutlery , tea towels some DVDs especially for kids. Owner is very nice , suggest he hires better cleaners tho.
