Delightfully presented modern 3 bedroom, two-story house with open plan living/dining area. Tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished with quality leather couches and solid wood dining setting. High definition TV, DVD and Music System.

The main bedroom is downstairs and the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. One of the upstairs rooms has a queen bed and the other is a children's designed room with a king single bed and new fold out couch. All 3 rooms are spacious, each with large walk in robes and adjoining bathroom. The rooms can be changed to accommodate different requests.

The kitchen includes filtered drinking water - a must for Adelaide, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery and of course all your washing and ironing is also catered for.

The bathrooms are spacious with double luxury shower, tastic heaters, vanity and toilet. There is a downstairs laundry with Bosch washing machine. The property has evaporative cooling and a feature gas fire.

There is a garden at the front and back of the house, with an out door table and shelter. A large tree in the backyard provides shelter from the heat in summer and a nice backdrop in spring and winter.

The clothes line is at the back out of the house, out of view from the windows.

There is also Visitor parking in the driveway and off street parking.

This house has the latest in fixtures and fittings with everything you need for a relaxing, self sufficient family holiday, including linen.

Perfect Location

It is fabulously located just a short walk from Jetty Road, Brighton. Westfield Marion Shopping Centre, Glenelg, Harbor Town Factory Outlet Shopping Centre, the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre, Adelaide city and the Adelaide Airport are all a short drive away or train/bus away.

Brighton train and bus station is a 2 minute walk from the house.

Brighton Shopping Centre short walk includes an excellent Foodland Supermarket, Cellarbrations Wine Store, Bakery, Fresh Fish Shop, Chemist, Hairdresser, Greengrocer, Florist and Chicken/Pizza Shops. There are also many well known restaurants nearby including Indian, Thai, Himalyan, Italian and 3 hotels 2 are on the beach.

For the more active guest, there are great Walking trails including the Cove boardwalk and bike trails.

Brighton and surrounding areas are also very child friendly with many nice surrounding parks which are situated along the esplanade.

Brighton is a central position for visits to the famous wine regions of South Australia including Coonawarra 4 hrs, Barossa 1.5 hrs, Clare 2.5 hrs, Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale 30 mins.

Brighton beach is a stones throw from the backyard and is beautiful at all times of the year. Brighton beach is protected by a cove which reduces the wind and waves in the winter months.

There is a Security & Damage Deposit of $250.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great property We stayed here for our summer holiday and had a great time. The owner was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We didn't know in advance that the property was right next to the train line and was initially concerned, however we were not disturbed much and it proved handy to have the station 2 min walk away. Only improvement would be wifi - although it was good for the kids to be without.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasant stay The house was very spacious and clean. It was a lovely touch to have flowers and fruit on the bench and candles and a torch left. (Adelaide had had an entire state blackout due to a storm ) . The house was very close to the railway station and to the beach and local cafes. The only small thing that the house was a bit cold even with the gas heating on. I'm guessing it would be lovely and cool in Adelaides hot summers.
