Budget Beachside Brighton is conveniently located within 250 metres walk of the fabulous Brighton Beach and PETS WELCOME. You won't need to drive anywhere as you will be so close to the heart of Brighton at Jetty Road with restaurants, cafes, The Esplanade Hotel and bottle shop, Brighton jetty and a local Cinema and Foodland supermarket all within 750m. The train station and buses are close at hand with Westfield Marion only 5 mins drive away featuring all department stores and Westfield Megaplex movies showing all latest releases and 3D movies. The boat ramp, Seacliff Hotel and Seacliff Yacht Club are a few minutes drive away. Wifi is now available
Accommodation is 1 x King bed, 1 x Queen bed, 2 x single beds and 2 x bunk beds for the kids in four bedrooms. One or two couples, or a family with four to six children will be catered for in a fully self-contained townhouse, or three couples have enough room to share. We accept pets as there is an enclosed front yard, pets no extra charge, subject to extra fees only if there is pet litter or stains/damage. Off street car parking is available with a 1 car garage, along with ample on-street parking for visitors.
The townhouse has ducted reverse-cycle airconditioning throughout with stainless steel cooking appliances, dishwasher and a barbecue for outdoor entertaining. The living area is open plan with large plasma TV, comfy leather lounges and books to entertain you away from the beach. There is a downstairs bathroom with shower to remove the sand after your beach swim, and a washing machine in a separate laundry area.
Brighton Beach is very popular on weekends but weekdays are quiet for those early morning and late night walks. Dogs can be taken on the beach at any time, but must be on a leash between 10am and 8pm during daylight saving.
Adelaide International and Domestic Airport is approximately 20 mins drive away. If arriving from interstate, please let us know if you require early check in or late checkout, or bag storage as arrangements can be made if other bookings permit as the manager lives next door to the property.
