A brand new contemporary townhouse offering the best of living and location – in the heart of Glenelg.

Ground Floor:

Opens in to a light and spacious living dining and kitchen with glass sliding doors opening to your outdoor entertaining courtyard.

The outdoor courtyard has a setting for up to 8 guests and a gas BBQ.

Inside the dining table accommodates for up to 8 guests – with a large breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen SMEG oven & dishwasher, microwave and large fridge.

The main living area has a large leather modular sofa with a LCD TV, and DVD player. Netflix is also offered at no additional cost.

There is also a queen size bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped laundry downstairs.

First Floor:

Walk up to a retreat area with a chesterfield sofa and TV.

Three bedrooms follow from this;

1. Master bedroom with a ensuite - walk in shower and toilet, walk in robe, king size bed, and large

double doors opening to a spacious balcony with a small outdoor setting to enjoy the view looking towards the beach.

2. Second bedroom – has two king singles and built in robes.

3. Third bedroom – has a queen size bed and built in robes.

There is also a large main bathroom upstairs with walk in shower, free standing bath tub, basin and toilet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not luxurious Luxury apartment definition might be perceived by many at differing levels. This is a nice place, clean, good location for the area… but it is let down considerably…. The layout of the rooms, is a perfect retreat for a standard 4 bedroom apartment… Not Luxurious… just what I would call a good sized 4 bedroom apartment. - Needs some maintenance – En suite door upstairs does not close properly, and seriously if you’re sitting on the toilet facing it, you do want some privacy… - Light globes are so dull in bathrooms, at night your using heat lamps in the ceiling just to see around…. But what we did not like upon arrival was the condition on some things… - Ash tray in rear courtyard not cleaned, - Dirty cotton buds and other ‘personal’ rubbish left behind in bathroom cabinets – it just was not properly cleaned, - Or the yuck feeling of walking into each shower, and seeing a half used cake of soap left behind from someone else… I don’t want to be using someone else’s soap – eek! It said Luxury, if you’re not going to supply a new cake of soap freshly wrapped in a hygiene package, then don’t serve any at all !!! That was just first impressions…. Over the next 6 days; - Did you realise this place is actually on Anzac Highway, with terrible constant road noise. It’s a very very busy road with constant hum all night in every bedroom. Being ‘Luxury’ it is minimally furnished, does not have double glazing on the windows – and the window coverings do not help muffle or stop the road noise…. You get used to it… Eventually. - The kitchen is within meters of Bus Stop 20 on Anzac Highway… While this might be handy for some, or if you like to eavesdrop on locals, as you will continually be reminded on your phone, to review, or look at the bus timetable, or want to know about the delays to this bus stop – thanks to GPS and positional services, google now thinks I lived at the bus stop for a week… But I was getting tired of looking at the screen asking if I wanted to see delays to the service… - Free Internet, Kids were happy with this…. When it worked. Several times a day I would need to reboot the router, as it lost its connection. Every day, morning and night, someone would be yelling out the Internet was not working… It was frustrating, and seriously needs to be looked at. Netflix loses its connection and sometimes will lose its connection. On Day 2 I had to contact the owner for the user id and password to set it up again. The owner was great and prompt in getting that information, and have no qualms about the service the owner provided when an issue arose…. I feel, if he is relying upon other services to clean and maintain the home, then he is being let down… So it may appear nice to look at, it might look okay, but I can’t call it a luxury home, when it was not properly cleaned, and did not operate as expected. Built on the highway, at a bus stop detracts a lot from calling it luxurious…. Paying top dollar for this accommodation does not make sense, its overpriced for what it offered.
