Casa Roja is a cosy delightful pied-à-terre that would ideally suit a couple or a single who want a place intentionally designed with R&R in mind. This can be your HQ when you participate in the wide variety of festivals and events that Adelaide has to offer or just a getaway from your day-to-day.
It is a lovely sunny one-bedroom apartment which ideally suits a couple. A wall of windows separates the lounge/dining area from a private leafy undercroft balcony with generous seating and a 4-burner BBQ.
The design has a Mexican feel with arches between rooms and open floor plan. The rough hewn brick walls and the beamed ceilings give texture. The original adorning adorning walls are striking. The owner is fortunate to have so many artists in the family.
There are special touches such as an ironing cupboard, hand rails in the bathroom, a frosted glass door into the generous bedroom, Wifi, undercover parking. And many other touches.
Glenelg is both a recreational hub and a shopping precinct where the shops stay open longer. There are many eateries to choose from and it is very enjoyable to stroll along Jetty Road. People are friendly and helpful.

Another bonus? Glenelg North is less than 20 minutes from the airport.
