I know you would love staying in one or more of our luxury apartments , close to the beach and all the cafes and restaurants, great views and right in the heart of Glenelg, everything is just an easy walk away.

WOW is what I hear the most, from our clients when they first see, one of our apartments.

For DINING, FOOD and WINE, the BEACH and SHOPPING, this is the place to be and an easy 2 minute walk to EVERYTHING

We have a range of two and three bedroom apartments for you to choose from, in our buildings at 16 and 17 Colley Terrace, Glenelg; right on the beachside and parks.

All our apartments are beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable ; two or three bedroom; two bathroom, some with a spa bath, beautifully furnished and self contained , with views to the park and ocean ; or the hills, surrounds and city, with a private balcony and an outdoor setting .

Our 2 bedroom apartments are 104 sq. metres which is quite a deal larger, than most others in the area which are around 65 - 80 sq. metres.

Our 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Park and Ocean View Apartment is a GIANT, 173 sq. metres, with a huge balcony and our 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Penthouse Ocean View with a spiral staircase to the private rooftop ,outdoor area, is one of the best and largest apartments in Glenelg, it is over 300 sq. metres. all together.

The main bedroom in the 2 Bedroom Apartment is VERY SPACIOUS, has a very comfortable, queen size bed, with a beautiful, modern, full ENSUITE.

All linen, towels, bath mats, blankets and a range of pillows to get just that right height are provided and are top quality.

The kitchen is a modern, stainless steel, with granite benchtop, style; has a full size oven and cooktops, microwave, dishwasher, twin sinks, toaster, kettle and all other cooking utensils, plates, dishes and cutlery provided.

The living area is open and bright with new furniture, large screen TV& DVD, CD system and furnishings. This opens onto the private balcony with VIEWS to the ocean and park : or the hills , surrounds and city .

The second bedroom , in the 2 bedroom apartments , has two single beds which can be pushed together if you wish or some have a double bed. It is also spacious and comfortable, with built in robes and has views. A single fold out bed can also be supplied which means the apartment can sleep 5 people if necessary. for a small extra charge. The second bedroom is right next to the main bathroom .

Each apartment has its own full laundry, with a washing machine, and a tumble dryer, laundry trough , also an iron and ironing board.

All rooms are absolutely NON-SMOKING except for the balcony area.

Our 2 bedroom apartments are in a new, boutique building, of only 18 apartments.

No where else is as central to everything as our building, it is in the "BEST " position

Only 100 metres to the beach, directly in front of the building .

Jetty Road. with over 300 cafes , shops, restaurants and a Cinema to enjoy ,is only 100 metres away.

To the right of our building, only a 150 metres away,is the Marina Complex ,with many trendy restaurants, shops and hotels; and back by the jetty , there is a brand new Irish pub ,the tourist information centre, the Grand Hotel, McDonalds Restaurant , Cibo Coffee Restaurant , lots of pizza shops and many other places, to eat out or have a coffee.

Also a lot of fun : are the Jet boat, Sailing and Dolphin cruises which are available at the marina .

There is also a brand new Children and Family Entertainment & Fun Area, called the "Beachhouse" with heated water slides , dodgem cars, mini golf , bumper boats, carousel, and heaps of electronic games, Ferris wheel , rides , and is only 100 metres away. A Public Library with lots of free DVD's, videos, books, magazines and FREE INTERNET access , is only 50 metres away as well.

Our building is only 10 minutes from Adelaide Airport and 5 minutes from some excellent golf courses, also the DFO, Direct Factory Outlet Shopping at "Harbour Town", is only 5 minutes away.

You will feel secure, comfortable and relaxed in one of our apartments and I know you will love the feel of staying right next to the ocean, the beach, the parks, and the marina is lovely too.

Our clients find that our larger living area apartments ,with a lift to all floors only 2 - 4 apartments per floor, are more suitable to their needs than other, noisier and smaller apartments and hotel buildings in the area, which are close to traffic round-abouts and noisy nightclubs some are open till 3 am.

When you get hungry or thirsty there are around 300 shops , cafes and restaurants to choose from: it's FANTASTIC Everyone that has stayed in one or more of our apartments has told us how much they enjoyed it and that they would definitely come again. That makes us very happy.

I must tell you they were all ecstatic about the quality of the accommodation and of course couldn't believe the position overlooking the reserve and beach.We found it convenient for the golf and especially the entertainment and dining facilities. If you want to impress your mates this is the place.



Just wanted to thank you for the accommodation. We had a great time and the apartment was sensational.

Two bedroom , two bathroom , Hills and Surrounds view apartments, 3rd floor, spacious and comfortable,

1 Queen size bed , 2 single beds,

extra fold out single bed and bedding is $40 per person per night.

Option 2.

The beautiful Ocean and Park View apartments, 3rd floor, spacious and comfortable, 1 Queen size bed in the main , 2 single beds in the second bedroom,

extra fold out single bed, linen and bedding $40/pp/n. 3 night min.

3 Bedroom Apartments

Option 3.

The GIANT SIZE, 3 BEDROOM, Park and Ocean View apartment, on the 3rd floor, 3 night min. 2 queen size beds, 2 single beds extra fold out single bed, linen and bedding $50/pp/n. Beautifully furnished, huge living and dining area and large private balcony .

A Visa or MasterCard number is required prior to your stay for the security of all the furniture , electrical equipment , DVD , CD and many extras that we provide for you, but will not be billed unless there is some damage to our property.

I will send you a booking confirmation by email, once your deposit is received and confirm all your details, including arrival & departure dates.

The balance is required 14 days prior to your stay, so that we may arrange for one of our staff to meet you and have a key ready for you. Normal check in time is between 2pm and 8 pm. Please call to make arrangements for key pick up time.

Secure , under building ,car parking with remote control access is available , at $20/night. hard to get a park, it is so popular at Glenelg, most other accommodation places at Glenelg charge $25 or more per night.Meter parking is $50 per day.

In a boutique building, of only 18 apartments, it is in a Fantastic Position.

Only 100 metres to the beach in the front and Jetty Rd. with over 300 cafes , shops and restaurants. To the right hand side, Holdfast Shores Marina Complex ,with many beautiful restaurants, shops and hotels; also Jet Boat, Sailing and Dolphin ; criuises are available at the marina .

No where else is as central to all these attractions as our apartments

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic property, compact but still ample room for family of four. Great location close to shops, restaurants, beach, tram and the best little cafe in Glenelg (Zest). Parking was so convenient (albeit a little tight for a fullsize car). Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

The apartment was immaculately clean, very secure, spacious and in an excellent location. Martin was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
