Roses at the Bay is a family friendly 2 bedroom homette that will sleep 4 people comfortably.

There is a large spacious living and dining area for people to unwind and recharge their batteries, or simply entertain family and guests.

The homette, has a been recently fitted out with a modern kitchen which was completed in February 2016. The kitchen consists of Stainless Steel Appliances and a Dishwasher. The unit also has been recently renovated with timber floating floor boards throughout and freshly painted rooms.

The bedrooms are bright, spacious and furnished with modern decor. All Linen is provided at no extra cost during the period of stay.

The main bedroom has a QS bed with built-in robes and a dressing table with a large mirror. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with built-ins.

There is reading lamps and sunny spots throughout the unit so that one can relax with a good book.

There is Free Telstra WI-FI which is available, through Telstra Air.

The back courtyard has an outdoor setting with a gas BBQ where you can dine and enjoy the warm barmy summer nights.

There is off street parking in the front driveway or secure parking behind a remote control garage door.

The front garden has an abundant array of roses which will enable the guests to "smell the roses" during their stay.

The property is approximately 80 meters from a large playground opposite the Patawalonga on Adelphi Tce, where you can cook a BBQ and enjoy the sunset.

Jetty Road is within a 10 minute walk where you can catch the Glenelg tram to the City or wine and dine in the number of Cafes and Hotels.

The Glenelg Beach is also an easy 10 minute walk from the property where you can swim, or walk along the white sand.

The Adelaide airport is within easy access to the property via taxi or bus and is only 10 minutes away.

Prime Position

The Property is located in the famous beach side suburb of Glenelg.

It is walking Distance to Jetty Road with the abundant array of Cafes, Hotels and Shops.

Easy access to the Glenelg Tram, and a 20 min tram ride to the CBD of Adelaide.

An effortless 10 min walk to the Glenelg North Beach or Skate Park.

A short 5 minute drive to the West Beach & Glenelg Golf Courses and around the corner from the West Beach Boat Ramp.

A 10 min drive to the Adelaide Airport.

The Glenelg Foreshore is a pleasant 10 min walk away where the kids can enjoy the Beach House Fun Park.

The unit is a short distance from the famous Kefi Greek Restaurant.

The "Old Gum Tree" and playground area is a couple of streets away and is significant to the history of Adelaide.

The Adelaide Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Popeye and the Adelaide Show Grounds can all be visited from this location via the Glenelg tram.

With public transport facilities being within walking distance, various areas can be accessed with ease for example, Port Adelaide, West Lakes, the Adelaide Oval to watch the Footy or Cricket, or enjoy the shopping experience at the Harbour Town Outlet Shopping precinct.

Glenelg is only a 15 min drive from the City Centre or a 45 min drive to Victor Harbour for Whale Watching.

There are many other attractions available that can be accessed from the Glenelg area as the property is within a central location.

Colonial Homette

The property is a lovely cream brick semi-detached homette, that has been recently renovated for modern day living.

With the abundant array of roses and manicured gardens many gardening awards have been won over the years.

The unit has been updated to allow families to feel at ease within their surroundings.

In the summer time after you have spent hours in the hot sunshine come back to a cool environment with the ducted air conditioning throughout. No more sweltering in the heat during the evenings.

Also there is a gas heater in the lounge room which will keep you lovely and toasty throughout the cold winter nights.

There is a fully secured garage for one vehicle and plenty of room for another vehicle in the driveway. Plus there is off-street parking available.

Entertain in the back court yard where a glass of wine can be relished and a BBQ cooked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautifully Presented We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roses at the Bay, the unit is presented lovely & all necessary appliances are available, "its a home away from home". There is plenty of lighting in the backyard for enjoying a BBQ outside & for safety reasons. The roller shutter in the main bedroom did assist with traffic noise at night. In relation to the guests comments below; I am unable to agree with to much of these comments as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & had no issues with the property & would have no hesitation with returning to stay in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice place Generally a comfortable, very clean property and well located property. The enjoyment of our stay was marred by a few issues. 1. The property is very noisy being on a main road. The installation of a roller shutter to the main bedroom window has done very little to attenuate the noise level. Double glazing is the only real solution. 2. The requirement to take away our rubbish is a "novel" idea. In over 20 other Stayz stays in Adelaide over the last 18 months this has never been a requirement. Especially as a cleaning fee was paid. 3. The number of keys was ridiculous given the lock configurations for front and back doors were the same. 4. No lighting in the back breezeway is a significant hazard when arriving home at night. 5. Adequate hanging facilities for 4 towels in the bathroom would be helpful

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent place to stay Excellent location. Very clean and well maintained property with all the amenities of home. Well priced for school holiday period. Definitely recommend this property and will be lokking at staying again in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent property We enjoyed our stay.Very clean,well equipped, comfortable unit. We liked the fact that we could walk to the beach,shops and the tram to the city. The traffic along Tapleys Hill Rd was noisy during the rush hour.
