Spacious 2 bedroom, self contained, fully furnished and equipped ground floor apartment, with stunning water views (from lounge and master bedroom).

Located on Patawalonga Lake overlooking Haven Marina. 500m walk to the beach over King Street Bridge.

Accommodation consists of queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. There is also a port-a-cot. There are also 2 more single mattresses available upon request. (One in each bedroom)

Full kitchen facilities with large fridge and front loading clothes washing machine. There is a full size covered clothes line in the rear verandah. A separate dining room with dining table for 4 plus a breakfast bar adjacent for 2.

The bathroom has a full size bath.

Allocated off street car port for 1 vehicle.

Included are LCD TV, DVD player with discs, all linen/towels, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning and all detergents and soaps. Other features are keyless entry, non-smoking, no pets.

Please note, this is a self catered apartment and not serviced.


Toys, books, games, high chair (bench clip on), change table on port-a-cot, play ground (covered and soft fall ground) opposite in Wigley Reserve.


Local Attractions

Short walk across reserve to Marina Pier Holdfast Shores with it's numerous cafes and restaurants, HMS Buffalo Family Restaurant and Beach House Entertainment Complex.

The popular Watermark Hotel is at the end of the street and the Glenelg Revolving Restaurant opposite on Anzac Highway. There is a coffee shop next door to the apartment.

Haven Marina with its linear park and walk/cycle tracks at front door step, also free public BBQ approx 500m up the river with covered seating by the water.

Jetty Road's shopping precinct is open 365 days a year.

Alternatively, just sit in the living room and watch the world go by!

Watch the boats leaving for a sail on the weekend, or the canoeists and paddle boarders practicing and even the odd artist will set up their easel on the water's edge.

Glenelg trams nearby into the city centre or the J1 bus route on the door step to Harbour Town Factory Outlet (and Woolworths) and then the Adelaide Airport and the city centre.

Public boat ramp is 2.5km away.

The brand new SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre at Marion is 5.5km down Diagonal Road and the Holdfast Bay Bowling Club is 800m away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Getaway Had a very enjoyable weekend. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. Excellent location, only 10 min walk to main shopping area and tram.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good Property but ............ Good property but still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded 4 weeks later. I have sent three emails requesting my deposit to be refunded but have not received a reply. The property was left in the same condition as it was found. There is no third party involved as was stated in a previous review by the owner - so good property but would not stay again as I am having so many problems getting my deposit back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic Location We had a fabulous stay at Haven Court. Such a great location being within walking distance to the heart of Glenelg. Great views and lots of parking out the front. The little extras provided in the apartment were a nice touch. The place does need a good spring clean. If the carpet was replaced, and the bathroom updated it would be perfect.
