Description

"Townhouse on Moseley"

Delightfully presented two-story Townhouse with open plan living/dining area. Tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished with quality leather couches and solid wood dining setting. High definition TV, DVD and Music System. One queen sized bedroom and second bedroom with twin king single beds, each bedroom having fitted wall-to-wall wardrobes. There is a new kitchen which is fully equipped with filtered drinking water, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom is completely renovated with double luxury shower, tastic heaters, vanity and toilet. There is a downstairs powder room and laundry with Bosch washing machine. The property has reverse cycle air conditioning.

An L-shaped private courtyard garden area has a gas BBQ plus outdoor table setting for 6 with a clothes line around one corner.

A brick, stand alone carport is attached to the Townhouse next to the front door. There is also Visitor Parking off street, on a communal basis.

This apartment has the latest in fixtures and fittings with everything you need for a relaxing, self sufficient family holiday, including linen.

It is fabulously located just a few houses away from bustling Jetty Road and the Glenelg shopping precinct with all it's cafes, restaurants, take-aways, hotels, supermarkets and excellent 7 day retail shopping.

The silver sands of Glenelg Beach are just a block away with lawned picnic areas plus safe walking and bike trails. Yes, there are bicycles for hire including tandems.

The kids' entertainment centre "The Beach House" is just a short walk away near Glenelg's historic Rotunda in Colley Reserve.

The famous Glenelg Tram and the bus terminus are just metres away and Moseley Square with it's many outdoor cafes awaits with your style of cappuccino or latte whilst you lazily "people watch" or gaze at the sea.

Glenelg is Adelaide's most popular seaside destination and is an exciting place to stay with many special tourist features and historic attractions.

Westfield Marion Shopping Centre, Harbor Town Factory Outlet Shopping Centre, the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre and the Adelaide Airport are all within a 10 minute drive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Property Staying at Townhouse on Moseley was like being in home away from home, had everything we needed supplied and was clean and presented well. Was in a great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants in Glenelg, will definitely look to stay there again on our next trip to Adelaide and will recommend to friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property This was an extremely comfortable and clean accommodation. Kitchen was well equipped, didn't want for anything. Beds were extremely comfortable. A great location being so handy to the shops, beach and trams. Will be back next year I hope.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable in great location Spotlessly clean & comfortable townhouse with everything we needed in a great location. Hosts very helpful & provided lots of incidentals. Quality queen bed ensured a great night's sleep. Location gave us lots of options for eating out, shopping locally & easy access to the city by regular trams. If the weather had been nicer we would also have enjoyed long strolls along the beach & foreshore only minutes away. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Adelaide.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a great place to stay!!! The townhouse was spotless, had everything you could possibly want and was 1 block from central Glenelg and the tram to Adelaide city and 1 block back from the beach. It had plenty of room for our family (middle aged couple and 2 big teenage boys). The fittings were quality as well. On arrival and before going shopping I was very pleasantly surprised to find the owners had supplied those kitchen requirements that you just take for granted (coffee, sugar, glad wrap, cooking oil, etc). A perfect home away from home!
