Living Space

Large open plan living area features a brand new state of the art kitchen with all the mod cons, a large modern 10 person dining suite and a large leather lounge with seating for up to 10 people plus.


Three large Queen size bedrooms, one with Ensuite and large Walk in Robe. All featuring timber bed settings, wall mounted TVs, bedside tables and lamps. New comfortable mattresses with quality sheets and bedding. The fourth bedroom has two double beds which are great for the kids.

The Location

Seriously one of the best streets in Grange. This Beach Side Beauty is only a hop, skip and a jump away from fabulous cafes like "The Dulwich Bakery" and "The Cooks Pantry". Walk to "The Grange Hotel" or "The Cheeky Greek" for some fabulous food. Conveniently located across the road from your door step is a 7 day mini mart. Then there is the ten minute walk along the beautiful white sands of Henley Beach to the Amazing Café, Restaurants, Supermarkets and Bars.

Grange train station is only a few minutes walk , where you can catch a train to the city to visit the Art Gallery, Museum, Markets, Shopping and Nightlife.

If the fabulous Grange and Henley Beach area don't have enough amazing attractions, the famous Glenelg is only a ten minute drive away or hop on the train and enjoy the highlights of fantastic Adelaide City Centre. Don't forget the Discount Shopping Precinct at Harbour Town which is all at your convenience.
