This two storey stand alone house offers spacious and comfortable living.
Downstairs comprises of large living area with open dining and lounge areas. The lounge room has a large screen plasma television, a dvd player. The dining area adjoins a spacious and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, filtered water and microwave.
Downstairs also has one bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. There are also facilities to hang clothes outside if desired.
Backyard includes a recently decked area with outdoor settings and bbq.
Upstairs comprises of bedroom areas, bathroom, second toilet, large rumpus with lounge, plasma and dvd, sunroom and two balconies. A large balcony faces the beach.
The house has reverse cycled air conditioning and ceiling fans in most rooms.
The property is very secure with high fence and electric gate. Garage has remote control. The property provides secure parking for at least 2 cars.
All linen is provided at no extra charge single beds need to be made if used. All bathroom towels and some beach towels are provided.
Entry time on day of arrival is usually 2 pm or negotiated and departure time by 10 am.

The house has three/four bedrooms and can therefore cater for 6/8 adults and up to 4 children.
Downstairs has one bedroom. This room has a queen size bed and a single bunk bed. Can sleep 4 suggestion maximum 2 adults and 2 children. This room has a wall plasma tv.
Upstairs has two bedrooms. The city view bedroom has a queen size bed and a double bunk bed. Can sleep 4 suggestion maximum 2 adults and 2 children.
The second bedroom upstairs with seaviews is spacious and has one queen size bed.
The rumpus room upstairs can be used as a fourth bedroom if desired by modifying lounge suite.
The house is conveniently located on Seaview Road. It is located in between Henley Beach Jetty and Grange Jetty; approximately 1 km from either. The beach is across the road. The beach is smooth and sandy; great for walking, playing and swimming.
There are many excellent cafes, restaurants and hotels within walking distance. West Lakes Shopping Centre is a major centre a short drive away. Harbour Town is also a major brand direct outlet shopping centre also close by car.
Adelaide City is approximately 11 kms away. There is a bus stop literally outside the house which takes you into the city.
Adelaide Airport is approximately 7 kms away.
