The smaller room is set up with a double bed, built in robe and TV.
All rooms have lamps and bedside tables
The house has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning to all rooms with two control panels, one in the master the other in the kitchen.
The kitchen is well equipped and boasts an induction cook top on the central island bench, a modern European oven,dishwasher and a pull out pantry giving plenty of space. A plumbed fridge supplies filtered water and ice upon command.
The main lounge boasts a huge 3.5m long red leather lounge, Bang & Olfusen Plasma screen TV and surround sound system.
The entertainment room has a bar, bar fridge, custom made stools and a stainless steel pool table. Open yet another set of cafe doors and the pool is a couple of steps away.

The pool has seated area with removable table for drinks.
As our guest you have access to the whole house, with exception of a few locked cupboards and sheds.
Our house is located on a quiet street with a wide grassed nature strip down the centre of the road.
It's approximately 10 mins drive from the airport, 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the bus stop .
If hungry there's a fabulous Thai Restaurant, pizza place, cafe, bakery and chicken shop within a 2 minute walk. The hardest decision is figuring out what to have
Henley Square is a leisurely 15 minute stroll along the beach and the CBD is only 10 km's away.
There's a 7 day supermarket and chemist about 1 minute drive from Cudmore Terrace.
It really is a fantastic, safe neighbourhood.
Henley Beach Road is a two minute walk away with regular buses to the CBD as well as 15 minute bus trips to the shopping precinct of West Lakes or the premier coastal strip of Glenelg. Brand outlets are also in abundance with Harbour Town at West Beach little more than a 10 minute bus ride away. Semaphore is a 20 min drive. Bring your car and park under the double
carport and be there in half the time.
Linear Park is a 10 minute walk away where you can have a picnic, feed the horses or just have a stroll.
You can hire a bicycle from West Beach Surf Club and ride along the beach path to the bikeway along the river.
Or ride along the beach path to the south and end up at Glenelg.
This is our home when we are in Adelaide so we just ask that you treat the house with respect and leave it in a similar condition to found to avoid excess cleaning fees.
Please remove all rubbish, personal items , clean out fridge, wipe down benches, stove and marks on furniture.Also please make sure all dishes are done and put away.
We would appreciate you to return items and furniture to original spot. Put out wheelie bins .
Extra cleaning will be charged at $35/h , $50 for BBQ CLEANING .
