Perfect for families, enjoy amazing seaviews from our character home on the Esplanade, or enjoy a walk on the sand or a relaxing swim with the beach directly across the road.

Our spacious 2 bedroom plus upstairs loft can accommodate 6 guests in a variety of configurations.

Our full kitchen means dining in is a comfortable option with oven, stove, full fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

Dine in the very front room watching the sunset or early evening or morning you might see a dolphin.The extendable table can seat up to 8 guests and there's still room for a few more chairs to sit and relax.

Or you can dine in the second more formal dining room which accommodates 6, and includes a TV and a piano if you're so inclined

Feel like a BBQ? There's one in our sunny back courtyard and a dining table for 6 complete with chairs and cushions.

Play with the kids with our beach toys or hire a free bike from nearby Henley library or West Beach Lifesaving club and ride the coast park or Linear Park.

Watch the game or a movie on our TV in the front lounge with free Foxtel and the kids can be upstairs watching their shows on another TV with DVD player.

Stay in touch with your friends, or stream your favourite shows with free unlimited wifi included.

Grab a coffee or enjoy a meal at one of the many cafes and restaurants located within walking distance including Henley Square.

If the weather isn't behaving, play one of our games with your friends while watching the clouds race over the sea. The little ones can play with the doll's house or drive the little car up and down the large passage.

A 5 minute walk will take you to where you can catch a bus to the city and enjoy the sights of Adelaide, or an easy hour's drive will take you to the wineries of the Barossa or McLaren Vale, with Clare a 2hour drive away.

Close to West Beach playing fields, Henley Sailing Club, Harbourtown outlet shopping, IKEA and Aldi. Playgrounds on Burbridge Road, and on the grass at West Beach, Mini-golf and Mega Adventure Park at West Beach. Lifesaver patrolled beaches at Henley, West Beach and Grange. Fish from Henley Jetty.

This is a no-smoking property. Not suitable for pets. Strictly no parties or events. Semi-detached.Priced for families to enjoy and that reflects it is 100 years old and is our beach house, not a luxury hotel

Beds: Our beach-house has 2 downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs loft.

Bed 1: Queen bed

Bed 2: 2 x single beds

Upstairs loft: Queen bed and double sofa. If people sleep upstairs, they have to walk through the downstairs single beds room to access the bathroom, toilets and kitchen.

Extra bedding: The downstairs lounge is also a double bed sofa. There is also a Queen airbed and single foam mattress to supplement configuration if for example you wish child to sleep in parents' room.

1.5 bathrooms. Full bathroom features vanity, shower, bath, toilet, washing machine, laundry tub, hairdryer. There is a separate stand-alone toilet.

Lounge: Front loungeroom with ocean views has 3 seater couch can be used as a dbl sofa bed, 2 seater couch, 2 separate chairs. Enclosed verandahocean views also has 4 chairs for relaxing and watching the ocean, plus additional beach chairs and footstools/stools to supplement any room.

Heating and cooling: Due to upstairs loft the fireplaces cannot be used.Portable heaters provided.

There is ducted evaporative cooling.There are portable fans and ceiling fans.

Parking: On street free un-timed parking available at front and back, but make sure you park within the white lines or council fines may be issued.

Breakfast on us: Starter tea, coffee, eggs provided; please let me know what bread and milk you prefer.

Provisions: Salt, pepper, oil, margarine, vegemite, jam, all linen, beach towels BBQ utensils, gas and cooking oil.

Note: Our beach-house can be cold in winter even with heaters, and in big storms it can rattle and sometimes even get some water in through the front verandah window sills. It's rare but being on the beachfront can be challenging in winter as well as summer.
