This two-story townhouse embraces the vibrancy and convenience of everything The cosmopolitan Norwood Parade, only 1 minute away, offers, yet with the tranquillity and privacy gained from its quiet, leafy cul-de-sac location.

In this open plan living/dining area which is stylish and comfortable, you can relax on quality leather couches or dine at a solid wood dining setting. A feature of this property is the Tuscan courtyard which includes teak outdoor setting, comfortably seating 10 people, water feature and hooded gas BBQ.

A 50inch LCD TV, Blueray DVD player and Music System with iPod dock is there for your entertainment or to assist you unwind. Upstairs it has two naturally light filled bedrooms each with queen bed and second bedroom with additional double sofa bed. The spacious bedrooms are fitted with built in robes, drawers, iPod dock/clock radios. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances, including dishwasher, microwave and ample bench space.

The bathroom boasts a full size bath, shower, vanity and toilet. There is a guest toilet downstairs and separate laundry inclusive of washing machine, tub and dryer. The property has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning.

There is a double lock-up carport with automated roller door and lockable side entry for ease and security. A wall mounted clothesline is discreetly tucked away in the rear courtyard.

The Parade Townhouse is superbly located, just a stone's throw from the cosmopolitan Norwood Parade which has a fabulous array of cafes, restaurants, takeaway, fashion and entertainment options. If you choose to cook during your stay, your options are plentiful, including 2 major supermarkets, organic food store, and many other speciality food shops, all within a short walk.

Beyond the Norwood precinct, Adelaide's East End Rundle Street, National Wine Centre, Botanic Gardens, Adelaide Zoo, Art Gallery, Museum, Adelaide Oval, Hospital and University are only a 10 minute walk. We cater for Adelaide's festival lovers including those attending The Fringe, The Adelaide Festival, Womad, The Tour Down Under, V8 Supercars street circuit, and the International Horse Trials. It is centrally situated for day trips to South Australia's famous wine regions including Barossa, McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills and Clare Valley.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Location Location A great location. The street was very quiet and felt very safe and secure. It has good offstreet parking ( I found reversing in much more convenient). The house presented well and beds very comfortable. The free wifi is a great touch and much appreciated. Very good value for money.

This was a lovely townhouse to stay at in Adelaide, everything was neat and tidy when we arrived and there was no hassle getting inside and unpacked. The bathroom was clean, the living areas were well furnished, and the bedrooms were nice and spacious. The location was very convenient too, just a walk away from a road with shops and groceries, and a little further out from the main city. We did have a tiny spot of trouble getting to the actual house, as there appear to be a lot of one-way streets that kept leading us in circles -- but it was all good after the first time figuring it out. And WiFi was a bonus too! The kids were very happy, would stay again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant Accommodation in great location Stayed December 2015 - 4 weeks over a 6 week period. I stayed here with my family - wife and twin 3 year olds and it was perfect for us. The house was immaculate and recently decorated, so no complaints here. Location. Excellent. 3 minute walk from central shopping in Norwood. Amenities. Excellent. Good kitchen, although the markings on the oven dials have worn off but the manual is there so this shouldn't be a problem. If you're eating out then it won't worry you but if you expect to eat on then just look at the manual first. Note. if you have very young children you may want to bring a few utensils for them. Laundry is great. Washing machine and tumble drier. Bedrooms. Great sized rooms. Our twins loved having their own double beds. Bathroom. Very large with separate shower and bath.....not standard for us brits. There is also a downstairs toilet which makes it easier. Living room. Great size and good TV. The couch/sofa are leather. Garden. Small size but this is a townhouse and so fine for us. It get s the sun all day and the owners recently put in an umbrella which was very useful in the 40+ degree heat in December as the paving stones got too hot to walk on bare foot. Garage. Double garage but it's tight fit as there is a storage unit but for most people one car is enough! Free wifi Thanks Craig and Andy for a great stay and for answering all the questions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spacious, comfortable & great location Just spent a week at the townhouse for the duration of the tour down under. Plenty of space to build & store bikes in the courtyard. There were two of us, so there was ample room to relax. So close to the Parade, but very peaceful and quiet. It was a very hot week in Adelaide, so it was just a little too warm in the evening to make full use of the beautiful courtyard. That said, one is spoilt for choice for dining, both casual and more formal at The Parade. My only complaint was the bed not being very comfortable. I would have expected something a little more luxurious for the property price. All in all, we had a great week, and I'd recommend this property. We'll be looking it up next time we visit. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfort Plus! The Townhouse was perfect for our time in Adelaide. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and even the city! Knowing Adelaide and Norwood helped. Bit disappointing on the BBQ, we wanted to use this on Australia Day but could not get it to work and was not too clean! Resorted to the oven, which was difficult to read as the readings have all been rubbed off!
