The Stepney Townhouse is a well appointed modern and spacious townhouse which sits in a quiet leafy street, within walking distance to Magill Road and cosmopolitan Norwood Parade with its shopping, cafes, restaurants, banking, cinemas and pubs. The Stepney Townhouse is conveniently located Just 2.5 kilometres from Adelaide's East End Rundle Street and only one kilometre from the Norwood Parade. At the end of the street is the interesting shopping and cafe area on Magill Road.

This property is within easy walking distance to many modern attractions and conveniences, such as Adelaide City and Parklands, Adelaide Zoo, the Wine Centre, SA Art Gallery , Adelaide Festival Centre , the Adelaide Central Market and Adelaide Botanic Gardens.

Walk to Womadelaide or the Clipsal track, or use the bus at the end of the street.

The property caters for Adelaide's festival lovers including those attending the Fringe, the Adelaide Festival, Womad, the Tour Down Under, V8 Supercars street circuit, and the International Horse Trials.

Stepney is a small suburb located between Norwood and St Peters, and provides easy access to tourist destinations such as the South Australian wine regions, the picturesque Adelaide Hills, and beautiful beaches.

The Stepney Townhouse is a single level, fully furnished property with two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with two single beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have fitted robes. The self-contained dwelling, also has a generous lounge, separate dining room, and separate study. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The bathroom has a full size bath and separate shower, with a separate toilet and separate laundry.

The property also offers three separate and generous leafy courtyards, one with BBQ facility another with outdoor table and chairs, complimentary tea and coffee and toiletries. The property offers full cooking facilities and modern conveniences including CD/USB Stereo, LCD Television, DVD Player, reverse-cycle heating and cooling, dishwasher and washing machine.

The property can accommodate up to four adults in secure comfort, with facilities available for small children on request. The property has the added advantage of off-street parking for two vehicles including secure garaging for one vehicle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous Property!! The Stepney Townhouse is a delightful oasis located near the Adelaide Central Business District. The house is well maintained with all the basic amenities. The property is located a short walk (or drive) from a charming shopping district with a variety of restaurants and shops. We spent 3 weeks at the property and enjoyed easy access to the city and local attractions. It was the perfect location to rejuvenate at the end of a day. We look forward to opportunity to stay there again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for our needs We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Proximity to cbd, restaurant and cafe districts, also supermarket made it ideal for our purposes. Comfortable lounge, large kitchen dining room and nice outdoor areas. BBQ came in handy so did the lock up garage. Air conditioner worked a treat. We found the pricing to be very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend for a family or group. Beds were very comfy and rooms had lots of storage space. Owner was very polite and easy to deal with. Overall very happy with our stay. 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, spacious, well equiped property. We stayed over xmas in 40C heat, and found it was well airconditioned with excellent shaded outdoor areas. We were able to cook a full xmas dinner for ourselves and guests, and had everything we needed. The location was great, walking distance to supermarket and some nice places to have a meal. Would definitely stay again!
