Bathroom. Walk in shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash supplied, Vanity Unit with Curling Wand, Hair Dryer and Hair Straightener. Cotton Buds & Makeup wipes, Toilet 1.
Lounge. 2 & 3 seater leather lounge, flat screen TV, Foxtel IQ3 with basic package, upgrade available for long term guests - please note charges will apply for specific upgrades , Blu-ray DVD player, Stereo/CD Player, Selection of DVD's. power and USB charger.
Kitchen. Fully equipped Kitchen with full size refrigerator, Dishwasher, Electric Oven , Microwave, Stove Top, Espresso Coffee Pod Machine, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Nutri-bullet for experienced users. Cutlery, Crockery, serving dishes, food storage containers, Glasses for all occasions. A range of condiments and spices. Tea, coffee and sugar plus Cling wrap and Alfoil supplied.
Dining area has a 6 person wooden dining table and chairs with outlook through glass panelled doors that open up to outdoor verandah / patio area and garden.
Laundry: Front Loading Washing Machine, separate front loading dryer, soak tub - Washing powder / liquid and other cleaning items supplied. Ironing Board plus Utility Cupboards where we keep - spare bathroom towels, beach towels, spare bed linen, 2 throw rugs, toilet paper - iron - BBQ cleaning bucket and in other side there is the stick vacuum, broom, mops etc and a couple of step stools.
Toilet 2. Separate second toilet. - toilet paper / tissue supplied.

Garaging/Parking - Undercover parking behind remote controlled roller door for small sedan vehicle, plus extra parking for another car in driveway.
More on street parking is also available for visitors if needed.
Smoking - No smoking allowed inside the property - If smoking outside, please ensure that you use "butt bins" provided.

Whilst we don't yet have wifi connected to the property, if requested, we can lend you a Telstra Elite pocket Wifi mobile device so you can check / send your emails. The unit can connect up to 5 devices at any one time, is fully mobile and can be used outside the property, anywhere in Australia. Charges apply at current telstra recharge rate of .AUD$6 per GB .006c perMB
