Port Noarlunga is within the traditional lands of the Kaurna people. It is home to Port Noarlunga Aquatic Reserve and the Onkaparinga National Park and is only 10 minute drive from the McLaren Vale wine region or 30 minutes from Adelaide Hills wineries.

A short walk to Port Noarlunga you will find over 12 restaurants, coffee shops and pubs, galleries and speciality shops and of course the jetty if you wish to go further afield you will find countless excellent restaurants and venues in the neighbouring suburbs of Moana, Seaford and Christies Beach all within a 5klm radius. as well as in McLaren Vale, Aldinga and Willunga.
