Please note parking is limited to one car garage available on property. Strictly no parking anywhere on premise other than garage. Plenty of parking area available in close proximity of property.

This 3 bedroom 3 story air-conditioned townhouse includes 2 Queen-sized bed, 2 Single beds and 3 Sofa bed. Also includes separate study area, living and dining areas plus private lock-up garage. Main bedroom with walk-in robe. Pillows, blankets and linen provided. Comprises of 1 bathroom/ 2 toilets.

This spacious townhouse is located on the stunning Seacliff beachfront, offering great ocean views from both floor balconies. It is an ideal holiday home for families or couples with children seeking for a relaxing break. Townhouse also includes private courtyard and balcony with ocean views.

Easy access to Adelaide CBD by train (walking distance from house) and surrounding beaches such as Glenelg and Brighton beach.

Great location to stay when in South Australia for 'Adelaide Fringe', 'Adelaide Art Exhibitions', 'Clipsal 500' and sporting occasions such as AFL, A League and Cricket matches.

Short walk to fine dining and Brighton Jetty Road.

Kitchen equip with sufficient cutlery for 10 people and also includes dishwasher, oven, microwave and electric stove. Laundry includes washing machine.

Lounge room equip with LCD TV, dvd player w/ dvd's, surround sound system and video games

Surrounding Area

Within close proximity is the Seacliff Hotel which offers enjoyable meals to all ages and is only a few steps away from the exquisite beach front. It is a lovely place to spend a night with friends and family. Jetty Road in Brighton also offers a wide variety of meal options from its exceptionally diverse restaurants and pubs such as Brighton Jetty Café and Esplanade Hotel.

There are various things to do and see in the surrounding areas such as the renowned jetty, Life Saving Club, park, tennis courts, cinema and library. Brighton is also well-known for its annual Brighton Jetty Classic Open Water Swim. This event is the largest open water swim in South Australia and is hosted on the first Sunday of February. A quick 5 minute drive into Glenelg also provides an abundant amount of activities. Glenelg Jetty Road provides an ample variety of stores and supermarkets to visit. Glenelg is also the home of the Beach House amusement park which includes multiple water slides and a 25 metre high Ferris wheel. A must see is Glenelg’s free museum called the Discovery Bay which is about Glenelg’s history. McLaren Vale is only a 30 minute drive and offers a great day out for wine tasting and scenic appreciation.

The metropolitan train service is within walking distance and allows easy access to Adelaide CBD and local shopping areas such as Rundle mall, and connections to all Adelaide train, tram and bus services.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FANTASTIC!! property was sensational,exactly as pictured, hosts were great people.. just a short stroll to the beach. also very handy having the sea cliff hotel across the road, awesome meals at reasonable pricing... would not hesitate to stay at the sea cliff townhouse again
