This home is ideal for Family stays with ample space to spread out in. It has a separate lounge complete with TV and playstation. Also a large open plan family, dining and kitchen area with walk in pantry. There is also a separate laundry complete with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom has en suite and walk in robes. It also has a queen size bed and bedside drawers. Bedroom 2 has a single bed, bedside and built in robes. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, bedside and built in robes.
The outside area is fully enclosed and has a decked area with seating, bbq area, garden beds and washing line.
Private drive and double garage.
The home has ducted cooling throughout and a wall heater in family area. It also has a ceiling fan in the master bedroom.
Fresh filtered drinking water is accessed via the large double door fridge freezer.
Close by Hallett Cove shopping mall which has 2 supermarkets, a large variety store, speciality stores, coffee shops, post office and banks.
Also adjacent to the mall is a bar/restaurant, library, doctors and dentists.
Public transport is within walking distance. Local train station is at Hallett Cove which the local bus can connect with.
It is only a short drive to our wonderful pristine southern beaches and only 15 minutes drive to the famous McLaren Vale wine district which is home to sustainable wine growing, world-class wines and culinary experiences, as well as fabulous natural attractions.
Approximately 30 - 40 minutes drive to Adelaide C.B.D.
Within 15 minutes drive to 2 major shopping Malls.
This property would be ideal for migrating or interstate relocating families to live in for their first month or so in South Australia.
We ourselves are from the U.K. and would be more than happy to give support and advice for those moving to the area.
Prices are based on 5 guests. If another bed is required for a child we can arrange a trundle. there is also a cot and change table available. If a highchair is required this can also be organised for you.
