Our guests have exclusive use of the old 1880's homestead and house gardens nestled in vineyards. There's even a tennis court The gardens are a secluded place to wander around and/or just sit and relax. Soak up the peace and tranquility of the surrounding vineyards and take in the views of the majestic Barossa Ranges.
The homestead has four bedrooms but the number of guests is restricted to just 6. There are 3 queen bedrooms plus a twin bedroom.
Your stay includes a welcome cheese platter, basic breakfast provisions, port and chocolates. As well we include quality towels, robes, linen & toiletries. A fully equipped kitchen, laundry and BBQ facilities are also there if needed.
Grand old majestic gums grace the outlook & closest to the homestead, the garden has been planned to allow winter sunshine in to warm, whilst summer brings a shady oasis to protect. The decked veranda for alfresco gatherings overlooks the stunning garden where colour surprises throughout the year & exotic botanical varieties add to the ever-evolving display of seasonal hues. The property's tennis court is perfectly positioned & edging its western side, a row of deciduous trees idyllically shades on those long hot afternoons court side.
The expansive vegetable garden is filled with fresh herbs, fruits and vegies, available for guests to wander through and harvest produce for cooking during a visit. Select your seasonal gifts from the orchard including avocados, mandarin, oranges, lemons, plums, apples, pears, walnuts & cherries. Set on 16.5 hectares 41 acres, there is ample outdoor space to take a stroll and explore, with regular kangaroo sightings and sounds from kookaburras and other birds and wildlife.
